I've been in a waitlist for years and whenever I travel, I make it a point to drop in a store when I can. I was met by Kit and he kindly was able to find a display model of the exact watch I wanted. I wore it and continued to confirm they any wait will be worth it. Kit took down my info and put me on a waitlist. To my amazing surprise, I got a call later that week to let me know he had that exact watch available if I wanted it. Needless to say, I rushed to the store and completed the purchase. I recently had my Seamaster (bought second-hand) inspected here for free. They offer a free, six-point inspection which is a general inspection of the watch. This includes water resistance, case/bracelet/component condition and movement health by timegraph. If you can leave your watch for longer, they can also do a power reserve test. Jay was excellent with both email and in-person service as I came to drop off the watch. I inquired about it and mentioned the tech was available for inspection. If you're going to go, I'd call ahead just to ask. When it comes time to buy another piece, I'll be sure to buy an Omega.
