Definitely quite disappointed. I put my name down for a datejust in Oct 2025 in Maui. Contacted this location in February to let them know that I would be in town in the end of April and since I frequent this island I wanted to build a relationship here. They had me make an appt for I don't know what. Came in for my "appt". They asked me what was my purpose of the appt. They didn't check me in or acknowledge who I was. They asked me what was my purpose with the appt. They looked me up and saw that I was on the list. They actually had the watch I wanted in the case. Dustin asked me if it was the correct watch I wanted. Asked me if I needed to try it on. I tried it on for 2 mins. He took it away and told me they're out and I would have to wait for the next shipment. I told him I was leaving Friday. My friend's husband also expressed interest in a couple of watches. The sales person was very excited to help him and put him on the list. I left Friday with no watch. My friend's husband got a call though. My question was why did you waste my time? What was the purpose of the appointment? I saw several people who walked in with no appointment and still got service. I picked this location due to the positive reviews but unfortunately that was not the case for me. read more

Visiting Hawaii, walked in with my family to get my father a watch for his retirement coming up. Walked in around 10:45 AM, and had to be the worst interaction I have had while visiting on the island. Sad to say it was from this store, Asian assistant which I could not catch his name. The whole interaction lasted maybe 10 seconds. Walked in, assistant asked me if I was shopping for myself or someone else. I replied "maybe both" since I do have a collection but happened to be wearing my Apple Watch since I was on vacation and don't want to be a target. Advisor quickly replied" everything is sold. Thank you for coming in". I was a little baffled because he didn't know who I was shopping for, what gender men's or women's watches, or if I even wanted to place an order. I felt very racially profiled, and if that wasn't the case, we exited the store after this 10 second interaction thinking maybe I misheard him. Went back just to make sure whether I misheard or he misunderstood me and again was told that everything was sold out, wished me a good day. Not sure how he was able to mind read what I wanted or even asked. My suggestion is if you actually are sold out of everything maybe you should talk to the person first and get an order because you don't know who walks in through your door opposed to being stuck up and rude. Hawaii's worst interaction was at this store. Good thing I live in LA and called my dealer here and got one same day. Employee: you need to remember that that's all you are...just an employee. This Waikiki location has similar decor as the Ala Moana Center location but in a more cozy environment. Don't let the size fool you because they have quite a lot of exhibition models to look at. I've seen many time pieces that were not available at the Ala Moana Center location. During a recent visit I finally saw the Submariner Date desk clock 80mm in real life that I never saw at the Ala Moana Center store. George and Mayumi are the people you want to ask for. Mayumi is a positive and friendly Sales Associate and George manages it all at this boutique. He's extremely knowledgeable and provides great insight into the World of Rolex. It's best to call to schedule an appointment with them as this location is very busy. Not only do they cater to locals but to all the tourists that visit. One thing I enjoy about this location is that there are Tesla Superchargers in the International Marketplace parking garage. Those with Tesla's can kill two birds with one stone coming here. Located at the main entrance to the International Marketplace in Waikiki, this store is always a beautiful sight to see when you are walking along Kalakaua Ave. I was looking to kill some time while waiting for my group to do some shopping. I always drop in Rolex stores to see if they have any inventory available and also to continue my daydream of one day owning one of these gorgeous timepieces. I've been in a waitlist for years and whenever I travel, I make it a point to drop in a store when I can. I was met by Kit and he kindly was able to find a display model of the exact watch I wanted. I wore it and continued to confirm they any wait will be worth it. Kit took down my info and put me on a waitlist. I know it's very unlikely to get a Rolex watch on a visit due to demand but don't use that as an excuse to be lazy an not help a future client. I've been to most dealers throughout southern california and have always had a sub-par experience as I'm sure a lot of first-time buyers without spend history are aware of. I came in to inquire about servicing my Explorer and Dustin took the time to listen to my servicing request and also hear out my experiences with other AD's (one of which told me it wasn't possible to even do a dial swap on my explorer, something that Dustin confirmed was totally possible). He took my watch and searched in their database to confirm that my watch could be serviced with my specific request and talked me through how servicing has changed a little in recent years. Afterward, we talked about the allocation process and he took note of watches I was interested in. I'm honestly not expecting anything as I know Rolexes are still in very hot demand but it was the first time where I actually felt like I'd have maybe a .01% chance rather than a 0% chance lol. Anyways, I just wanted to highlight the exceptional and warm service here, I know that they must have an unfathomably high volume of tourists coming day in and day out asking for watches but they still take the time to be of service and hear you out. We visited this Rolex store to see what they had and met Lawrence. Each time we stopped by we were met with excellent service. Lawrence took time out of his day to talk story with us which made us feel very at home despite being in a heavily tourist location. Walked in to inquire about a Rolex for my son. Salesperson explained about how difficult it is to obtain a Rolex now even through I am willing to pay cash for it. I understand the recent demand however, your Salesperson seems very arrogant with his cheap suit. This store should be the flagship store of North America. This store is by far the nicest store with the greatest staff that out of 50 Rolex stores I have been to in my life. Prior to my visit at this store, I was reading all the Yelp and Google reviews as usual, and one person's name kept popping up, Yuki. I reached out to the store and asked for Yuki's direct contact and we were exchanging text back and forth in regards to the potential watches that I am interested in. Two weeks later, I landed in Hawaii for the first time and upon checking into my hotel, I came to this store to meet Yuki. Yuki is one of the nicest human being as she was guiding someone like me, who is an absolute amateur in the watch world, explaining the specs, pros and the differentiators of all the watches they have on display. This has never happened to me before at any other Rolex stores. The next couple days, I came in and out of the store, hoping for some good news, however nothing came through. Left Hawaii with disappointment, I went back to Los Angeles where I reside. However months later when I came back to Hawaii, I revisited the store and was greeted by Yuki again. After couple days into my stay at a nearby hotel, Yuki notified me that the watch of my dream has come. I immediately paused my snorkeling activities that day and ubered to the store to pick up my watch. Lady luck is on my side! Never would I have thought the second trip to Hawaii would have gotten the watch that I have always dreamed of. This shopping experience has been absolutely amazing. The search for my grail watch has been a long and arduous quest to say the least. I've visited several stores and placed my name on many "waitlists," but I could have saved so much time and heartache if I began my journey at the Rolex Boutique Tourneau at the International Marketplace Waikiki. Before I begin I want to give a shout out to Yuki Balunso. She's an amazing person who made me feel like family and not just another name buried in a mountain of waitlists. She fought to get me my grail watch, the Yachtmaster 42 in white gold on the oysterflex bracelet, and I highly recommend her and Rolex Tourneau. If you want a Rolex and don't like to read, just go walk in to the boutique and ask for Yuki. Trust me you won't regret it. I moved to the island in Jan 2021, and since that time I've been to multiple ADs, mainly Ben Bridge at Ala Moana. My experiences at Timeworks Ben Bridge ranged from pleasant to extremely annoyed depending on who I spoke to. Every time I'd visit they had me fill out a card and told me that it would be at least 6 months to a year. Some sales people Ben Bridge would also try and get me to buy other items and said that they'd prioritize me if I bought something else, which I did on Christmas when I bought my wife a set of diamond earrings. I thought that would be enough, but come to find out they'd prioritize those who buy other less desired watches. Why would I buy a watch that I won't love? Timepieces are very personal and sentimental. Fast forward to Sunday May 1, 2022, my wife and I were in Waikiki and we came across the Rolex Tourneau Boutique and decided to walk in. Immediately, I was greeted warmly by Yuki Balunso. She patiently answered all my questions and was genuinely interested in our story. I'm an active duty Army Officer with 18 years of service. My wife and I got married in December 2021, and she wanted to buy me something that I'd never buy for myself. She knew that I secretly was lusting after the Yachtmaster 42 in White Gold, and told me she wanted to buy it for me. Lucky me :) haha. Anyway, after talking to Yuki and expressing that we were ready to purchase the watch whenever one came in stock, she took down our information and said that she'd call my wife once it arrived. She said that it would probably be a few months, which was to be expected. I walked out of that store feeling good and hopeful. A few days later on May 5th, when I was at work I got a text from Yuki saying she had a few questions for my wife. So I called my wife and told her to contact Yuki. Minutes later my wife called me very excitedly and told me the watch had arrived!! We're both at work and we cut out early to head down to Waikiki. Once we arrived, Yuki and the manager greeted us and congratulated us on the watch. She took us to the seating area and offered us bottled water and chocolate. We really felt like VIPs. After a few moments she brought out the box and placed it in front of me. I took my time opening the box and taking it all in. The watch was perfect and everything I dreamed of. I can't say enough about amazing the entire experience was. I thought it would be a few months before I got the watch. I had no idea that I would be walking out of the store with the my grail watch 4 days after my initial visit. Thank you to Yuki and the entire Rolex Tourneau team. I came into this boutique during Thanksgiving week 2023. I was there with my fiancé for wedding planning and wanted to looking into getting a Datejust 41. Lawrence helped me out and explained the process. I knew it would be a wait so I wasn't upset when nothing was available to purchase that day. Fast forward to March 2024 and I stopped back in to see if any Datejust were available for my wedding that week. Sadly there were none. Kevin & Team, you make dreams come true.. I've probably visited over 20+ Rolex boutiques around the world from Asia to Europe and all over the US. I've had some pretty poor experiences with sales staff as well as encountered some that were polite. Kevin went above and beyond, even when I knew what I was asking for was nearly impossible to find. I stopped in on a Thursday morning just to check out the inventory. I was immediately greeted by Kevin and he asked what I was looking for. I told him I was looking for the same thing everyone is, the Rolex sport models. I told him my dream piece was an SD43 but have never seen it in any boutique. After a good 15-20 minute conversation, he took my information down and said he'd do his best to notify me if they receive one in the future. 4 hours later.. In the heart of the Waikiki shopping mall International Market Place. I remember a few years ago, they had lots of watches but now, like every other store, the shelves are empty and they have long wait lists. Mayumi helped me when I was there and she was very professional and pleasant to speak with. Overall the store is empty but Mayumi was great and the setting is nice. read more

We stopped in to check out their watches and hoping to see if they had any professionals or unallocated watches, but they didn't have any in. The overall stock was very low. The sales associate was very snobby, and spoke to us in a condescending tone. We were helping our friend who collects Rolexes to try to find watches for his collection, and he even showed her his collection via FaceTime to show we were serious that she still couldn't get herself to use any form of non-pinched facial expression or speak to us in a normal tone of voice. They are more expensive here than on the mainland and service is nowhere as friendly.
