I've been to swatch a few times recently i have never been the biggest fan of a wrist watch. They've just recently released a new royal pop which is totally my lane I can hang it off my pants I can wear it around my neck. This is a time piece I can really see myself wearing in years to come. I can't get enough of them I thoroughly enjoy the product it's a daily wear since the first one I was able to get after waiting a whole 12 hours for I can definitely say it was worth my time spent. Also the employees that work their are really nice and passionate about the product they sell there the first demonstration I got for my royal pop was by Sunny and she was really helpful explaining all the features to me I was sucked into the pitch off bat. But even Sam he wasn't there the first couple of weeks I stopped by but since he's been back I have to go in when I see him or Sean or Sunny I work close by so I always go say hi cause their energy always brightens my day they always make me feel appreciated I can't even think about if I didn't meet the amazing people that work at this location. Sunny was very unprofessional. Today, she told everyone waiting in line not to come to the Swatch store when it opens so that others would have an opportunity to buy the AP swatch royal pop. I understand that the number of watches the store receives is limited and that deliveries are unpredictable. I also understand that there will be days when no watches are released, and I completely respect that. As a watch enthusiast, I enjoy waking up early for the chance to collect different colors, and I follow Swatch's published policy of one watch per customer per day. What disappointed me wasn't the limited supply, it was the rude way we were spoken to. Being told not to come back at opening made us feel unwelcome for simply following the rules and enjoying the hobby. If there aren't any watches available, I completely understand. However, customers should be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of how limited the inventory is. read more

All week the worker Bri and Sean told me the security will allow people to line up at 9pm! I show up at 6pm and the line has started and Im now in a place to not receive product. I was blatantly lied to and deceived by everyone in charge of this drop. How they cant get something like this right is ridiculous. This is the worst service I have heard of. My boyfriend does not use Yelp so I am posting this on his behalf. Avoid going here if you want to be treated fairly. If you speak Tagalog to the manager, she will let you buy 3 Moonwatches but if you do not, you will only be allowed to buy one if you're lucky. When you point this fact out to the manager, she will ignore you and continue chatting with her new buddy. My boyfriend was there early and inquired about the watches only to be rudely told they were not available or would not get any today. So he continued to wait in hopes of a shipment arriving. I bought a swatch at this location a year ago with nice people/customer service. 6 months in my swatch stopped working. They replaced the battery unsure why it wasn't keeping time. 3 months later the same issue appeared. Went back into the shop to be told nothing could be done without a warranty card. No suggestion, no offer of a discount for a new watch, no offer of even a 800 number. Nada. Initially at purchase I was not informed to keep the warranty cardi. I initially was told they knew I purchased it from my receipt. The snarky manager who would not even look up from ribbon arranging said "you were told to keep the warranty card". Politely, I said not only was I not advised of that, but he wasn't here when the watch was sold to me so how would he know that. I said, so I have no recourse? It's a paperweight now? What a great Swatch experience! Welcoming staff, friendly fun brand experience and a great location in this nice mall. As a Swatch enthusiast, I always stop into Swatch store across the globe when I travel. The destination watches (if a city or country has one) are the perfect souvenir for yourself or a gift. And as of 2019, Hawaii now has its very own destination watch, it is super cute and they are selling it at this store! There is mention of a "mean woman" in prior review and I have been advised she is gone. There is a new friendly fun sheriff in town at this location and he is the manager named Jerome. Go visit him and say hello! He and the other person on staff could not have been nicer. He showed me how to pop out the pins on any swatch and make any band reversible....the Swatch specific nuggets of useful info I love to attain while at Swatch stores! @Swatch Yesterday, I was really appalled and very disappointed at the racially discriminatory service I received as a customer at the Ala Moana Shopping Center in Oahu, Hawaii. I have grown up with swatches all my life and the watches are in fact my favorite. I felt racially discriminated against as the salesperson refused to sell me a watch that I had a right to purchase, as a customer. Once I entered the store I was told the Moonwatch series could be purchased one per day per customer. My 14 year old entered the store and commented that he had seen someone resale online for a much higher price and so surprised that the price was so low at the store. It was his first time seeing the watch and he was excited to purchase one as his holiday gift. When I went to pay, the salesperson Chris told me he cannot sell the watch to me because of what my son said. I was extremely offended as he accused me of wanting to resale the watch when in fact all I wanted to do was purchase a watch for my son. I know he knew I was Jewish as my name is indicative of my Israeli heritage. My family kept saying, "Ronit, let's go" but I needed to stand up against being wrongfully accused. Jerome the manager and Chris the salesperson who was racially profiling me told me if I didn't leave, they would call security. This review is primarly based on my experience with the purchase and non-ability to return the Moonswatch. While there has been much hype surrounding this Moonswatch collection, I had waited the line on launch day and was not able to get one. Over the last few months, I checked back with the store and called constantly in hopes to get my hands on the Jupiter model. The store has been very cryptic and tight with releasing information to the point where I gave up. One day, it was finally available and while the store did not let me try the watch on, I was enamored to be able to finally get a Jupiter model. By the time I had got home, it took less than 30 second for me to find that the watch band was quite uncomfortable on my wrist. Without removing any protection stickers, I proceeded to bring the watch back to the store and the associate there informed me that they were not able to accept my return because I tried on the watch. That was quite disappointing and a telling sign that the design on this band had major flaws. When I tried to call customer service, they were indifferent to my case and told me someone from the store would follow up. That never happened and now I have wasted much time, money, and hope on a relatively pricey watch from the Swatch company. Buyer be wary of Swatch. read more

I can't believe Swatch is still around! I had a few Swatch watches back in the day, you know the ones with the plastic bands and interchangeable plastic face guards that came in a rainbow of colors. They still sold them last time I was here which was cool to see. They're located on the first level near the centerstage. The store is small, brightly-lit, and clean. I was in the market for a skeleton-style time piece in brushed stainless steel. Unfortunately they didn't sell any. I ended up purchasing a beauty of another brand on Amazon. SERVICE: My spouse and I were greeted and assisted with professionalism. Too bad we didn't purchase anything as the salesman was great. I walked in with my spouse, I think we were greeted I couldn't say for certain because I don't think there was any eye contact. We were looking at a display case and I stood there for a bit while 2 SA's were speaking to each other at the register and a 3rd was looking away in the distance. I finally got a female SA's attention who spoke to me across the room and said something like "that's all sold out, we don't know when we'll have it in stock".
