The service was quick and efficient, the staff was friendly and had a nice area to wait if you decided to stick around while they worked. The service only costed me about 20$ and took just around 15 mins to complete. When I returned the staff had me try my watch on and it was just a little too tight, so he took it back and made a quick adjustment then and there and gave it back; just like that it was the perfect fit. These guys are very smart and know a lot about jewelry and watches, they are definitely worth the quick stop by if you need any of their services! The only criticism I could think of is when both of the workers are busy at their work benches it may take a while to get their attention, and you might wait a while till they can get to you. At first, it hurt he did both ears but it was quick. He told me to wear initial earrings for 2 weeks and try to move them around. I can't wait to wear my "Christmas gift earrings" soon! Located in Chinatown, there was no line, so it took the person around 10 minutes to do all 3 watches! Plus, the amount they charge is super reasonable. Most watches cost $7 and more expensive can cost $10 and up. My total for my 3 watches was $24! That is awesome! Not sure if it is cash only or if they take credit card as my mother-in-law said to pay cash lol. Anyway - when I was checking around to change my battery, one of my watches was going to cost $20, another place quoted that one watch would be $29 and up. I am super glad I get to use my watches again and where they are not trying to rip off customers. I definitely recommend this place! (Note - this place is a little dusty smelling, so make sure you use a mask if you have allergies).
