She's young, hip, very well-informed, and has a super positive energy. I'm the kind of patient that has a thousand questions and she flew through all of them with me without missing a beat. I have astigmatism in both eyes, and she is the first eye doctor who has ever offered to fit me for contact lenses specifically shaped for astigmatism. I couldn't believe how much more comfortable they were! She is super well-versed in contact lens fitting and gave me good advice regarding Lasik surgery for my intense nearsightedness. In the past she's worked as a front desk employee, eyecare technician, and now as a doctor-- so she knows the ins and outs of EVERYTHING to do with both technical aspects and pricing. One stop shop! My uncle had cataracts that had hardened so bad they had to be broken up to be removed, and the pressure in his one eye was so bad he was at risk of losing his eye all together. Keep in mind he takes a lot of emergency cases other doctors can't/don't want to handle so he is often backed up, which means you will wait a while. But when it is your turn he will take the appropriate amount of time. He has a younger associate who will see you on some of the follow-up visits and he is great too. The desk and support staff are wonderful, and did a lot of hand-holding and were really thorough at getting all the complicated insurance straightened out, and getting him in the hospital ASAP. There were very helpful during the aftercare time, making sure he had all the right prescriptions lined up, and very responsive to phone calls. Highly recommend!!

I am deathly scared of eye doctors and do not like my eyes being messed with. It's a losing battle for anyone to get drops in my eyes or even do the required test for glaucoma and other required checks but he seems to do it every time. Stated they called me last week which they did not ,no messages or nothing. And I was sent a message yesterday confirming today's appointment and what I should expect. I am in the military and they are not military friendly. I had to pay a couple hundred for my exam and for my contacts, which I could not afford. The front desk women were not remorseful and told me I could not get a copy of my prescription until I pay. They have no customer service skills and should not be working with patients. I just went in the other day to get a copy of my prescription and they were again rude because I didn't call ahead, when I was having a small eye emergency. They did not write the PD and refused to give it unless I bought glasses with them. I will not be coming here again. Not military friendly, rude, and horrible customer service. If I could give a negative star I would.
