I needed to have quite a few test done before seeing the doctor as was a new patient. Everyone was very thorough and friendly .I had a lot of questions and they answered every one of them. I finally saw Dr.Rutzen he was so nice and friendly he took the time to explain all of my options and he also explained each one in detail and also the cost associated with each different option. I left the office feeling very comfortable with my decision to come here. I ended up having to go back in for an appointment with Dr. Franco she specializes with Glaucoma she was equally as nice and thorough. she explained everything and answered all of my many questions. I waited another half hour for her to return and then she comes out with a post it note and tells me the sign in did not tell the back that I was there and they would see what they could do for me. No apology A few minutes later a man named Jack took over and took care of me before I saw the doctor. The doc and Jack apologized for the delay. I will follow up.in 30 days and decide if I need to switch practices.
