I had been searching for a new functional -integrative physician to help me treat mold toxicity…read more After two appointments with Dr. Nager, I feel confident he has gotten me on a path to recovery. I am especially impressed with how well he listens, documents our conversations, and makes the best use of our time, keeping my budget in mind. I have never felt rushed while speaking with him, and he keeps our sessions on track, answering my questions with sincere care and expertise across many areas. My focus had been solely on treating mold toxicity, but the tests he ordered showed that my symptoms were also caused by hormone imbalances, something no other doctor had explored. Prior to seeing Dr Nager, I went to a different functional doctor for over a year who was nearly impossible to reach, prescribed me more than 15 medications and supplements that cost thousands of dollars while my condition became worse. I am so grateful that my search for a new physician brought me to Dr. Nager.

Catetact Surgery We. Went to BEP EYE SURGURY above 6 months…read moreago. They checked out my vision; did testing, gathered all of my info. They recommended a plan. They gave me a plan for the Surgury. I feel that they did. not tell me in layman's term's; as I am not a Doctor. Their Recomendations veried. My eye site was very good for long distances. Up close Vision; I wore dollar glasses for reading purposes. I told them I do not want to have to wear glasses to read up close. THEY ALSO OFFEREED ANOTHER WAY; but I would need to pay out of pocket $5000. Dollars for.. I said, No. Another Eye Doctor gave me another option that they did not offer. They could do two different solutions; one for the left eye, one for my right eye. BEP DID NOT OFFER ME THIS OPTION. Dr. Williamson set me up for the Surgery. I told them that due to my bad Anxiety, I needed to wear my Wireless Ear Buds so I could use my wireless ear Buds. They said no, they would not let me do it. I Needed it due to my Bad Anxiety. They said NO!WHAT DOES WIRELESS EAR BUDS HAVE TO DO WITH EYE SURGERY. After arguing they finally said OK, reluctantly. Long story short, I had the Surgery. It seemed like a long process for many months. When I told them, when they asked me, I did not feel I got what I was expecting at all. In the end, they said i would still need to wear glasses everytime I read! I was in total shock! They agreed to not need Eye glasses to Read up close. This WAS NOT WHAT WE AGREED TO. HAD If THIS WOULD BE THE OUTCOME; I would not have had the Surgery at all! They argued with me! I would not have had the Surgery! I already had great long distant vidion. The only thing I wanted was Not to wear eye glasses!at all! They were not forthcoming with me. Worse yet, when I asked to Speak with Dr. Williamson to call me on numerous occassions . Over a period of two months, she did not call me back. Just missed calls! I called my Attorney. A lady in the office named Tina, was not nice She argued with me and she seemed to act like a Lawyer! She denied everything I said! I Cannot even believe what she told me. The only advantage I received, seems to be somewhat brighter vision; Nothing more. In the End, My wife & I were very dissappointed in the Results. I just did not get what We expected, at all. I had also asked them to send me the paperwork which they never sent to me either. They just ignored everything we said. It looks as though. We need to Contact Our Lawyer. Do not Trust this Staff!

Both of my breasts are uncomfortable and the scar beneath one breast is really pretty horrible. Additionally, my nipples face different directions, are shaped differently and one isn't centered. Fast forward to 45 - professional career, motherhood, exercise habits - my priorities had changed. As had my perception of the ideal body. While not overweight, I wasn't happy with my "puffier" mid-section. And my breasts just felt too big and busty for this phase of life. I came back to Dr. Cohen, and excellent nurse Rachel, to replace and downsize my implants and explore abdominal liposuction. Dr. Cohen made me feel good about my existing condition but heard my concerns and offered solutions. I am almost two weeks post-op and I haven't felt this great in a long time. I love the way my clothes fit, my flat stomach, my more understated breast size...all of it. The recovery wasn't difficult at all - I had minimal discomfort, never needed narcotic pain killers, and used only Celebrex for less than a week. Overall, I now LOOK the way I FEEL. And I couldn't be more thankful for that gift. I highly recommend Dr. Cohen, nurse Rachel and the Belcara Health team.

Eye surgery. I needed eye surgery for cataracts. I went to BEP Dr. WILLIAMSON to find out what they…read morecould do about it. They examined my eyes did tests. They gave us recommendations and there were several choices. I told them that I did not need any help with long-distance viewing. I only needed the ability to read close-up. What I was reading without wearing glasses. I asked them if they could give me this information in layman's terms because I don't know medical anything. They suggested new lenses in both eyes. I reiterated to them that I did not want to do anything to my long distance vision. I only wanted to be able to read up close without wearing glasses. It seems there was a lack of understanding here. They also offered me another option, which was if I were willing to pay them $5000 out-of-pocket they could do it a different way. I don't know what the different way was. They never really explain that to me so I declined on that offer. Previously, I've gone to a different eye doctor and they suggested another way to do. It was to do two different eyes differently, which sounded OK to me however, BEP did not offer me this option whatsoever. My wife was with me through all of this and she knows what they said, and what they interpreted incorrectly. I also told them that I have bad anxiety and the only way I could go through with this if they let me wear my wireless earbuds so I could listen to music and not freak out. They said no! Again, I asked Dr. WILLIAMSON if I could wear these earbuds, I don't know what has to do with any thing between my earbuds and what they were gonna operate in my eyes and they finally agreed that I could do it reluctantly. We then scheduled the cataract Surgery. I had to wait several weeks until I was supposedly going to feel some improvement in my vision. Eventually, the only difference I notice was that my background of what I was looking at was brighter. Then after several months, I was healing feeling OK but I was so disappointed because they said I said I have to wear eyeglasses.! This was not to be the case we had already discussed this and I said I do not want to wear glasses for close-up vision. Well they argued with me and a lady there named Tina acted like a lawyer and she was reading me my rights, it seemed. I asked her that I would like to speak with Dr. Williamson, and I needed THem to send my paperwork to . Weeks went by Dr. WILLIAMSON never called me. I never received the paperwork and I requested it again and it went on for two months and she didn't call me and she didn't send the paperwork. After not hearing from them in any fashion, I asked them again and Tina was very nasty and acted like I don't know what I'm talking about. After this nothing happened whatsoever and I'm extremely mad and disappointed and had I known this. I would've never had anything done because they did it all wrong. What I told him was as I said before just fought with me and wouldn't do anything about it. Every time I need to read something I have to put on these glasses, which reminded me that this whole procedure failed and I'm not happy whatsoever and they are doing absolutely nothing about it at which case I'm gonna have to take further action if they don't even wanna talk to me or answer a question or give me some other type of solution. My wife also heard all of this as she was there every time we went there. I do not know what they were thinking, but this is totally unfair and it was not what I signed up for Help!

I've been coming here for my eye exams for about 6 years now. I've always had pleasant experiences…read morebooking the appointment, receiving reminders, checking in, and the actual visits. Because of my sensitive eyes, I opt for the retina photograph instead of getting my eyes dilated - just let the front desk know upon check-in and the tech that takes you back. It's an out-of-pocket cost, but worth it. The techs take you to a different room to have your eye pressure checked and retina photos. Once in the exam room, it's usually a quick (& thorough) visit with the optometrist. I see Dr. Baziz - he's always patient and ensures I have a good understanding of what he sees/looks for. The front desk, techs and Dr. Baziz are all kind and knowledgeable individuals which is why I can't recommend them enough to my family/friends in the area. Though I've moved away from the area, I am happy to make the commute to this practice because I am confident that I am always taken care.

I have an eye condition which makes hard contacts medically necessary. I have had this for over 10 years and have never had issues. I love Dr. Williams and his team. But this time around I was told that my insurance would not cover the fitting and that I would need to pay out of pocket ($600 bucks) which I did. When I went in they treated me like I had never been there before, made me fill out paperwork I had already filled out, charged me for the OOP charge after explaining to me like I was a 5 year old that I would need to pay (which I did). I met with their optical department director after the visit and was given reassurances that they were working on things. I communicated with my health insurance company and they said it was a mistake that I was charged (year, like no crap it was a mistake). I tried to call Katzen multiple times and have left voice mails, heard nothing back. Sent an email through their portal - again, nada. So along with them treating me like I was 5 ,charging me when they shouldn't have, I have now been waiting to hear when my contacts will be ready for 2 full weeks with not a word. Their service has dropped through the floor. If I wasn't so trusting of Dr. Williams (Again, I have seen him for over 10 years) I would leave them. DO BETTER.
