I noticed that the brisket is flavorful and moist and yet at the same you don't need a knife. That's the kind of brisket I look forward to eating, thank you for your review......ooh and the equipment, ooh I've personnally seen that equipment.... you are absolutely right regarding the type of equipment that is used, that's kind of equipment that they use down in the heart of "Mississippi Texas, and Louisiana" might I add. It reminds me of the South, it reminds me of grandmother's cooking, may grandmother rip. I'm pretty sure its a lot of grandmothers and grandfathers that use that same type of equipment. You know what I had to take breather, I just had a flashback of RATATOUILLE where the man is in the restaurant and he sits down to eat soup that the rat made which is very unusual, as a matter of fact, it took him all the way back to his CHILDHOOD when he ate his mother's bowl of soup and he loved it. So Robert Earl's moist barbeque takes me all the way back to my childhood when granny was standing over her equipment she used. In 1879, Thomas Edison invented electricity in the basement of his home with the limited equipment he had back then, as a result of his great invention, we benefit today. In 1893, an African American Daniel H. Williams performed the first national heart surgery with the technology and the limited equipment he used back then at the age of 17, in which he had to put himself thru school and as a result of his work we have many lives being saved today. What's the moral of these two experiences, we can see with love, patience, effort and determination we benefit from a good product!!!!!!!! By the way, have you all tasted the baked beans, potato salad, greens and macaroni n' cheese? They are to die for, hey don't just take my word for it why don't you all try it for yourself .. Might I add, the meat is so good that you don't need the sauce on it (YOU WILL BE CONFUSED TOO AS TO WHAT HE'S USING ON IT BECAUSE YOUR TASTE BUDS ARE GOING TO TAKE A RIDE THAT THEY NEVER HAD, THEY ARE GOING TO GET THE RIDE OF THEIR LIVES) So, I had to take another breather ya'll this is all I have to say Robert Earl's BBQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQ!!!!!!! IS FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!Thank you Robert Earl for loving what you do..............
As a customer of Robert Earl's bbq, I've eaten all of the sides, the potato salad, macaroni and cheese, greens, cornbread, and the baked beans. All of the sides are always fresh. And oh boy! my tastebuds has been satisfied everytime. AND THE BANANA PUDDING IS FABULOUS!! ,it my reminds me of my mother's banana pudding that she used to make when I was a child, the cookies were soft, the banana's very ripe (golden brown which adds to the softness of the cookies and helps them to melt in your mouth) also it adds to the flavor of the pudding. I've been going there for several months and never been dissatisfied with any of the service I've recieved there, including the food, again might I add is fantastic everytime I eat it. I've recommended Robert Earl's to my friends and everyone of them that has eaten there fell in love with the food and has stated they will be going back there again. They have all been 100% satisfied with everything. As for the comment on the potato salad and banana pudding, If you were dissatisfied with the food items you purchased, it should have been bought to the attention of Mr. Robert Earl because I think he would have been more than happy to work with you, maybe in reimbursing you or accomodating you by exchanging your food items. From my experience in visiting the restaurant, he would have been pleased to assist you. because he has always given 100% satisfactory customer service. read more
