AND quick--I got right in. And the end result is that one day later I can see better then I have in months based on their diagnosis and following the after care instructions. I came here because they took my insurance and my eye doctor's office that I have had since I was 10 years old doesn't. Long story short--I think I found myself a new eye doctor. I go back for a followup in 3 weeks. They are thorough, friendly, efficient (on time!) and they care. Just wonderful.

The whole place seemed extremely chaotic.The pre exam rooms had no ceiling and you could hear the exam next to you.. very old outdated building.After 25 min the first lady took me.. she did tests after she was done she said I have to see if they want me to do more of course they did.I was then brought to another lady she did more testing....they brought to a man he did more testing..I feel this was all to prolong the situation because the dr was backed up.They really need to stop over booking.The patients time is valuable too. It was now going on 2 hrs I had to ask when they were going to call me back.Finally 15 min later the brought me to a room where I waited another 15 min .I was finally seen by the dr. then a few more tests?All this was supposed to be is a cataract appointment.I spent less time with the Dr than anyone else. At checkout I literally had to ask the guy for a print out.It was almost like I was bothering him.I had to walk up to him he didn't even call me up. My concern is with the policy itself. While I understand that you choose to offer weekend appointments, I don't believe pet owners should have to pay a significantly higher exam fee simply because their pet needs care on a Saturday or Sunday. Offering weekend hours is a business decision, and I don't feel it's fair to pass that added cost on to clients who often have no choice but to seek care when their pets are sick. Comparing your fees to an emergency hospital doesn't change how I feel. Many pet owners aren't choosing between a weekday visit and an emergency hospital--they're simply trying to get their pet the care it needs as soon as possible. When your pet is ill, waiting isn't always an option. I respect that every business sets its own pricing, but I also believe pet owners have the right to express when those prices feel excessive. I hope you'll reconsider this policy, as I believe it places an unnecessary financial burden on families who are already worried about their pets.

Furthermore, throughout our visit, the doctor was pacing from room to room while yelling at her staff, which created a very uncomfortable environment. Well Dr K said I had I had a stroke and must drive to the nearest Emergency Room. My eyes were still dilated and the road wasn't easy to see. Eventually and carefully made it home taking 2 roads and called an ambulance . By the grace of God, I made to the hospital safely where I am now.
