I'm glad we found Dr. McArdle and Trli Optics. Care is comprehensive and the staff is outstanding.

I was getting so frustrated because I came in for an eye and contacts exam. They then told me that I had a valid prescription and wouldn't need to do an exam. However, after 20 min - they decided to tell me that in order to get contacts, I would need to do an exam. Which I specifically asked for and scheduled. But they were explaining it to me - like I didn't know what was going on, when I know what I signed up for. Then the ladies kept speaking down to me - and I had to stop them and say "I'm aware of what is going on, I think that you guys aren't communicating with each other so you don't know... but I'm aware." lol So after 30 min, we officially started my ACTUAL exam. It stinks cause the doctor is very nice, but there's just a level of miscommunication that make things really unnecessarily annoying. So I don't truly recommend this place; but I'll come back cause they have my glasses but I plan to go to another store in the future cause I just don't like that they don't know what's happening, they ask me to know rather than read the paperwork and because they also end up taking a long time (my one hour appt turned into 90 min). So this place ain't worth it until they can organize themselves better.

I was able to successfully find new frames for glasses and sunglasses here this year. I had to come back a couple of times for adjustment. The first time I believe it was the manager, who was very nice and said it can take a couple times to get right but just come back if it's still off. It was still pressing behind one ear so I returned a few days later to have that adjusted. A younger woman adjusted the frames, but at that point they were too loose so we went through a couple rounds of trying to hit the right spot and she finally said rather impatiently "either they're going to be too tight or too loose." I have worn glasses for three decades and never had to settle on fit before! I literally wear my glasses all day long so that's honestly a silly prospect. She left it at "too tight," but I hadn't even left the parking lot and I could tell I would get a headache. Rather upset, I went back in and asked if perhaps someone else might adjust them (to the apparent ire of the first person, but she wouldn't engage with me anyway when I came back in). They then put me with Lavinia, who did a great job of making one adjustment, and they have fit fine and are not pressing or giving me a headache now. Overall, good glasses but getting them to be functional was a bit of a challenge.

I've never had to wait for someone to help me. They have helped me pick out glasses and adjust them to my face after my glasses came in. Warby Parker charges just under $100 for most of their glasses and it includes high quality lenses. They have a 30 day no questions asked Return policy and 6 month scratch protection. I've had warby glasses for years and have really liked them. I've been less impressed with their sunglass style and value. I'm not likely to continue getting sunglasses from warby.

I received an email about a week after the purchase that the lab was being updated or remodeled and my glasses were delayed. Then I received another mail stating they were still delayed because they had a lab that wasn't open. Then I received another email telling me they no longer had the frame and would not be restocking the frame. Now I'm over 5 weeks without the sun glasses. I responded to the email asking which excuse was correct. Are they delayed due to the lab or are they no longer able to get the frame. I asked if they could get the frame from one of the stores and they said no. I got in my car and drove another hour back to the store and the store still has the very frame on display. I showed them the frame and asked why it's still on the shelf and they couldn't say. This has been my 1st experience with Warby Parker and I don't plan on using them again.
