Had a chance to try this spot for my bday and it was such a nice vibe of live music ,rustic touch down to the waiters attire. Such a nice speakeasy located in downtown Alpharetta takes you back to the prohibition era with a password and underground entrance. The food was subpar with little flavor. Drinks were ok but the highlight was the band which got the crowd moving. Great outing for sure.

Had the best time last night at Roaring social! The ambiance was prohibition speak easy. The live band had everyone up dancing the entire night. They have an extensive drink menu and the food were shareable light bites. Ask for the server Sincere he was a vibe! Awesome service. We will return.

The food at Roaring Social is overpriced for the quality, but there is a lot more to this place than their menu so I need to break this one down. LOCATION: Roaring Social is in the heart of downtown Alpharetta, by the Hamilton Hotel. It's a great location and there is a free parking deck a block away. VIBE: 5-stars for the decor and overall atmosphere here! It's a speakeasy, requiring you to go down a flight of stairs and give a secret passcode to get in. It's dimly lit with comfortable couches along the walls. It's got a great feel and some people really get into the theme, wearing sequins, flapper dresses, and beads. Other people were wearing more casual dresses, shirts and polos. There is a dress code, so no athletic wear, etc. FOOD & DRINKS: 3-stars for the food and drinks. They have a large cocktail menu, with some creative drinks, but they struggled to make basics on the Thursday night we were there. The espresso martini was probably the worst one I've ever had. I took one sip and had to send it back. There was no foam on top and the waiter said he didn't think they used espresso in their espresso martinis. We ordered all 3 of the skewers, chicken sliders, fries and Cesar salad. The shrimp skewers were the best. The chicken and steak ones were dry and lacked flavor. The sliders were okay, but not great and the prices overall seemed high for the mediocre quality. Fortunately, we weren't here for the food, we were here for the dueling piano performance which was amazing. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. ENTERTAINMENT: 5-stars for entertainment! They have mini-bowling, which was tons of fun. We played a round of bowling when we first arrived, before sitting down for dinner and the show. They have different shows/entertainers throughout the month, so check their website for the schedule. We saw the Dueling Pianos, and they were great!! They took requests, and we had a blast singing along. TLDR: Go for the entertainment! It's a lot of fun. Don't expect amazing food, but definitely expect a good time overall.

If you love to feel like you're part of an exclusive club or you're a fan of secret codes and want to go back in time to the prohibition days, check out Roaring Social! This is a trendy place with ambience, servers dressed in time period clothing, live music, trendy furnishings to allow you to be taken back in time. The lighting, the disco ball sparkling from the ceiling, the weekly schedule of entertainment will draw you in to make this experience one that you will want to repeat! Roaring Socials website is constantly updated to give current information on musicians performing. There is a cover charge after a certain hour but believe me it's worth it! If you have a large group call ahead and make a reservation. They have high top tables, regular tables, lounging couches for group settings and guess what, a small bowling alley! Meals, appetizers, wine, beer, mixed drinks and list of top shelf bourbons and fantastic service! Ashlan kept our drinks coming and served them with a smile!

Roaring Social is a must visit if you're in downtown Alpharetta! There's a $10 cover fee which increases to $20 after 10:30PM to pay for the live band. The band was a lot of fun signing oldies and bangers. The security guys will provide the password before you head downstairs to enter the speakeasy. Overall it's a sophisticated bar and wasn't full of college riff raff - haha. Come dance and enjoy some great drinks!

What a fun and lovely spot for a girls night! Grab your feather and tassels and get ready to dance. We got the bottle service, and having our friend's name/HBD on the sign was a fun treat! The food was good, drinks were strong, and live music was LIVELY. What more can you ask for?

I went for my first time last night, and had an immensely incredible experience! The atmosphere/decor was so fun and unique, the music was really jiving, and Rachel and Aldo were incredible bartenders! They provided some of the best service at the bar that I have ever had. They madr fantastic recommendations and drinks! I can't wait to go back!

This speak easy with boutique bowling, live music, craft cocktails and finger food is a happy find! We came here with our work group of 10 to relax and unwind after a long day of strategy meetings. It is located right next to the hiltons curio hotel the Hamilton in down town Alpharetta. It is a speak easy, reservations are better then walk ups if you want to play their boutique bowling or get a table. We had a party of 10 and we bowled for an hour... small lanes, a ball like a Bocce ball for a bowling ball, pins on strings, and automatic scoring. A lounge like area to sit in with full bar service. It was fun! From there we had a lounge like area with couches and a coffee table for our eating area. The menu is all aps and "finger" food. The fries are the bomb! Like a cross between a chip and a steak fry... kaplow!! Man these were good! The meat skewers of beef or chicken were good as well. We tried the charcuterie plate... it was ok... we had the wings... I didn't get any but was told they were good. Then we had some deep fried gnocchi... these were strange... just not what I expected I guess... not horrible but not what I would order again. While we were there they had live music and karaoke. It was a really good time! The decor is swanky and fun, it gets crowded, but there is lots of room. Service was good... food was fast, drinks flowed.. it was a great time and I recommend all try this location for a seriously big fun to be had by all.

We had an EXCEPTIONAL time here for my dear friends birthday. I flew into town to visit her and she could not stop taking about this place that she's been meaning to try. It did not disappoint! I am *obsessed* with speakeasies and the creativity that goes into the aesthetic. This is the first time that I've been to one that had an alterations theme! When you arrive, you are greeted at the host stand, given beads, champagne, and a ticket to get your clothing items downstairs. You walk down the stairs into a room full of different mannequins and fashions from the past. You pick up the phone on the wall and say you're here for your alterations and it opens up a door to your left that is the entrance to the bar. Inside, the space is so cute and 1920s! There are prohibition photos and a nice stage for the band. I let them know if was her birthday ahead of time and they brought out of a complimentary bottle of champagne!!!! Amazing The service was impeccable. Really. There was a gentleman that was super drunk hovering around our table asking us a ton of questions and within a few minutes our waiter and management came out to privately check on us and ask if we were being bothered. I was not bothered by the gentleman but just the fact that they noticed that and acted upon it immediately is really phenomenal! I wish more establishments were attentive to making women feel safe in bars. They really exceeded all expectations! I highly recommend visiting this place for any occasion!

The level of service from him was impeccable, especially when I was pretty clear from the beginning that I was looking at quite a few different places. We ultimately chose somewhere else due to budget and we wanted a more "light and airy" vibe. It was warm outside and warm = rooftop bar. It was the start of a great night. Let's get into it! Location and Parking They are located in downtown Alpharetta on South Main Street. The restaurant sits on the fifth floor of an office building. There is no parking directly by the building, however there is free street parking as well as a deck that is free and is a few minutes walk. If you can, I would recommend taking the walk so you're able to see all of the other shops and restaurants and enjoy the live music that's sure to be playing. Venue and Atmosphere When you walk in you're automatically greeted by the hostess. If you are going on a weekend I absolutely would recommend having a reservation, especially if you want to sit outside. We did not, so it was essentially every woman for themselves. In addition to the tables, there were some couches that were first come first served. We lucked up and a woman was leaving and gave us her table. Food and drinks Since this was our first stop we didn't want to fill up too much. We ordered the charcuterie board, which served as a good snack. I ordered their old fashioned made with Knob Creek, my wife had a cider, and our friend has one of their IPA's. Service Service was decent, considering there was a lot going on. With my friend's IPA they were changing the keg and it actually took a while for that to happen, but our server gave my friend another drink at no charge to make up for that fact, which was a nice touch. Verdict I'm not in Alpharetta much, but the next time I am, I'll definitely stop through for a drink and the view. If you're in the area stop on in! Until next time!

The bartender was knowledgeable and thorough. He wasn't always right there, but it never felt like an issue -- everything flowed smoothly, and the food came out quickly. Steak frites had a fine cook on the steak but more concerned with the flavor, which was lackluster. The fries were really crispy, but because of their size, they didn't have much substance. But the second we walked into Eclipse, he immediately pivoted and admitted this place looked better inside and out. Victory tastes sweet... almost as sweet as the caramel drizzle on the tres leches cake. Let's talk about the atmosphere. There's a literal indoor tree growing out of the middle of the restaurant like we're dining in an enchanted Spanish forest. Add in the giant crystal chandelier dripping drama from the ceiling and you've got a space that says, "Yes, we're upscale... but we also know how to party." The live guitarist sealed the deal. Nothing says romantic tapas night like a man casually shredding a red guitar five feet from your table. Now the food. It came out fast. Suspiciously fast. "Did they know we were coming?" fast. And every single plate slapped. The crispy potatoes were seasoned like they had something to prove. The empanada was golden and flaky with that creamy dipping sauce that makes you consider licking the container when no one's looking. The short ribs were so tender they looked like they'd been emotionally supported before being served. Even the fried croquettes and goat cheese with carmelized onions and honey felt like they had main-character energy. And that cake. That glorious, whipped-topped, caramel-drizzled masterpiece. I would write it a thank-you note. The staff? Impeccable. Attentive without hovering. Friendly without forcing it. The kind of service that makes you feel like you're a regular even if it's your first time. The only downside: it was the first warm day in a while, and the sun decided our table was the chosen one. Half of our bodies were enjoying ambient romance lighting. The other half was being interrogated by a solar laser beam. My pasty white legs were one direct ray away from combusting like Louis in Interview with a Vampire. I considered rotating every five minutes like a rotisserie chicken.
