I got the 2 taco combo with the Cheddar Chicken Ranch taco and the Island Shrimp taco with a side of fries! Everything was delicious but that shrimp taco was out of this world good!! It was so perfectly breaded with the most delicious pico de gallo and pineapple topping! And these tacos do not skimp out-they were huge and filled to the brim! I also liked the japchae. The dumpling was too greasy, as evidenced by the grease in the wrapper and the egg and rice didn't have much flavor. The egg needed salt. I really wanted - and should've ordered - the Korean hot dog...next time. This place has great customer service and packaging. It's a bit pricey at $20 for what you get or for comparable options, which are within the $15-17 range.

For both the doshirak and the bibimbap I got the bulgogi beef for the protein. On the kimbap I tried the ham. All were excellent. The Doshirak is a cool box filled with banchan - small side dishes, and cooked rice. The banchan include Kimche, Japchae, fried dumplings and some cool desserts. The blogs is excellent and all of the banchan tasted great. I thought the eggplant was a little mushy but the flavor was still really good. Bibimbap flavor was excellent as well. The only downside is that the rice at the bottom doesn't get all crunchy from being cooked at the bottom of the hot bowl. But it was a minor issue to me. And the kimbap was super fresh. The ham wasn't overpowering and it was a nice change from getting role bulgogi in the kimbap as well. The only wish I have is more variation on the proteins for the dishes we got. But the food is super tasty and I look forward to going back to try the fried chicken and well, anything else on the menu. They came to my job (we have food trucks daily) so I knew I had to try them out. Traditional Japanese Hibachi with a few sides to beat. I got the Teriyaki chicken. It's a staple that is served at all hibachi joints so figured I would start there. All meals are served with a small clear soup, fried or white rice, grilled veggies (zucchini and onions) and either shrimp or ginger sauce. I started with the small clear soup, it is exactly how described haha. The tastiest thing I had but it also went the fastest. The chicken was too dry for my liking and the flavor wasn't really there to make up for it. Not terrible just a little bland. It like tasting something and knowing it's Mossi g that one thing to make it right, that was this entire meal (minus the clear soup). I got the fried rice and shrimp sauce and again... bland. Even the shrimp sauce was thin and didn't give much additional flavor to the rice or chicken. Thank goodness for the soy and sriracha sauces. Three stars because whoever took my order was really friendly and I usually try a place twice before reviewing. Since I could not find their page I decided to review early. And I would go back for the clear soup.

I honestly can't remember which one I ordered, but regardless it was very tasty. I guess I need to revisit this food truck to try the other one. My niece got to try there hot dog. It was such a unique spin on a hot dog. It was very tasty. There still were a ton of items that I would love to try, but weren't available during the event. I can't wait to revisit and try some more.
