Worst company I've ever had to deal with. After they take your payment, you never hear from them again. Michael in dispatch is a poor excuse of a human. Stay far away from this company. Tell everyone you know they are thrives!!! read more

Everything was great! Picked up ontime. Was dropped off , when they said it would be.

Super responsive until they get paid, then silence and delays, don't return calls, not able to meet commitments, can't even book a shipper within promised time. Expensive cancellation fee that requires you to give them 3 days to find someone, meanwhile competition commits to picking up within 3 days of booking. read more

Do NOT use this dog shit excuse of a shipping company unless you like having your own money withheld from you. They will claim they booked you a trailer, charge your account (IN FULL) and then likely cancel said trailer shortly thereafter. This happened to me twice in the span of about 3 hours. I was billed in full to 'reserve' the carrier and they still cancelled on me. You're essentially taking a shot in the dark that the assigned trailer will actually report to the location needed. 1. Took a week to respond 2. Online quote was $750. When they did respond they told me price would actually be closer to $950 and I wouldn't find anything cheaper - I declined their services 3. I made the terrible mistake of choosing this company. They only call when they want to charge for more services or when they want to sell you a service. Their phone service is non existent and hangs up due to "high call volume". Had 3 delays on pickup and delivery. When the driver finally delivered the vehicle, he was demanding cash on delivery. I had already paid the company but they told the driver he would get cash on delivery. They had to refund me on the spot in order to pay the delivery person. This is a very non professional and terrible company. Stay away and pay a real company a bit more. It will cost you less than going through all this nonsense. read more

I booked with roadrunner to have my vehicle transported down to Miami and on the day that it was supposed to be picked up they never showed up. I got no email, no text, or call. So I was left confused due to the lack of communication but I figured that they were delayed and that it was going to come the next day and once again they never showed up. After calling many times and being on hold for long amount of time I finally got a hold of someone and told them what happened. He said that he would contact a new driver and have them pick up my vehicle. After the call I got a new email giving me a new pick up date and a new driver. The driver had contacted me as well and so things were looking better but ONCE AGAIN he never showed up. This was all to happen in October and now it's the end of November. I never received a refund even tho they emailed me saying they were going to process my refund. I was going to avoid leaving a review because I just wanted my money back and to move on but this seems to be my last option in getting in contact with them. My booking number is #R631202 read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I requested the day of pick up to be the 2nd of July and I was never assigned a carrier until JULY 20th!!!! Impossible to get ahold of and they are NOT the most reliable vehicle shipping. Save your money and rent a truck to drive your vehicle a-crossed. My truck was suppose to be picked up July 21st and it is now July 23 and haven't heard a thing back. I placed an order with this company six weeks out and had to continue to call them prior to the pick up date. Firstly, this company does not ship the vehicles. They basically just run a website, process the order, collect your payment and contract the jobs out to various car carrier companies across the US. Secondly, your vehicles will be transferred onto other carriers during your shipment duration due to logistical reasons. I booked one month early for a relocation from CA to PA. I requested a specific date of August 18. I was told that since I booked so early, they could pick up my vehicles on my specific day vs. waiting in a 3-day window. That did not occur. Hence, they did notcome until August 20. On the delivery end in PA, I was given a delivery date of either Aug 26 or 28. Neither happened. After my placing of multiple phone calls to dispatch and the driver not responding to my texts, I finally heard from someone (I have no idea who it was. Some Russian guy whom I could barely understand) that they would deliver August 29 at 10am. No show at 10am, then told it would be 12 noon, then told 2:30, then told between 4 and 6 pm. They finally arrived at 6pm. Roadrunner used a company called R&E Trucking in the Philadelphia area. They seem to be Russian drivers who can barely communicate in English. Their dispatcher, whom I dealt with (Talita) had the social graces of a newt and very unprofessional customer service skills / general demeanor. Answering the phone with a "Yeah" with a tone of her rather being anywhere else but work. Gave me the impression that my vehicles were in careless hands which had me on edge. Absolute horrible customer service from pick up to delivery. I am a director in a very large company and have an excellent repertoire with our HR department. We relocate a lot of people. This company will never get our business or any other new hiree's business as long as I am there. Stay away. PS: Cars appear to have arrived ok. read more

my car was supposed to have been picked up 2 days ago, I booked this over a month ago so I assumed that they would have a the logistics worked out. They did not contact me once, I tried calling and of course their lines were busy and nobody picked up. Now I have to change my holiday plans to drive out to Utah from NY. Screw these guys, will never use them again, I'd blow up their fricken offices if I could. read more

Got my car picked up on time and delivered on time, not the best auto transportation service but a decent one. I needed my car to be shipped on a specific day and they had a driver available to pick up. The final quote was a little bit overpriced than the initial quote but it was acceptable since I needed them to pick up my car in less than 5 days. The driver contacted me the night before my scheduled pick up day and confirmed the pick up address with me. He also called 2-3 hours before he picked up or dropped off my car. The only complain I have is that they don't have enough customer representatives to pick up the phone, I tried online customer support and email and they are very responsive. Overall a good experience. read more

Do not use this company!!! I can't stress this enough. Very briefly, My shipping day was set for the 14th of July 2020 many weeks in advance. Three days prior to my ship date I had heard nothing from the company. I called them over 50 times during the next three days as I needed my car picked up from my house on the 14th and no later than that date as we were leaving the state to move the following morning. My shipping day came and went and still no call. There's also no way to talk to anyone at the company by calling one of their two numbers. Get used to listening to elevator music and their recorded apology that they can't take your call and to try back later. Don't leave a voicemail, it's not worth your breath, they do not call you back. This is the most unprofessional company I've ever potentially worked with. I went with another shipping company and they were able to ship my car on the same day that I called them, and have it delivered two days later at my request and worked as a normal company in America works, understanding and helpful. I repeat do not use this company you will get burned. This is your warning! read more

Got an online quote from this company then when they called me I was admittedly a little slow to answer his questions and he (who I came to find out after recalling them 20 mins later) the supervisor was short with me and hung up abruptly then after calling back and having a shouting match with him hung up on me again. And their transportation price is twice what I got quoted for at other companies lol read more

Absolutely horrendous experience. DO NOT ignore the bad reviews like I did. They are relentless to schedule a pick up and take your money and once that happens, be ready to fend for yourself. The moment I got quoted online I received a phone call immediately. It was an unsaved number so I didn't answer. I then got an email to schedule the pick up. And then another call. And then another email. Relentless. I was finally able to commit to a pick up date and we got it scheduled super easily. I was told it would be picked up in the next 24 hours and if not, then for sure the next 48 hours. Well then I received an automated email saying there was now a new pick up date...four days later. I waited patiently. Four days passed by and nothing. No email, no text, no call, nothing. The car was not picked up. I wasn't notified of anything. I emailed and no response. A few days later, I email again, and no response. I finally had enough and sent an email demanding a refund or I will be executing a charge back. Funny thing is, they refunded me within minutes and I got a bogus "sorry" email explaining none of the times are set and they are subject to change. The communication is straight up embarrassing. They are shipping VEHICLES. How on earth can they not have the top of the line communication? Their online chat support is just there for show. It is never up and running. Their 24/7 tracking is a complete lie. They are set up to look legit to fool customers into believing they are legit. They are the exact opposite. I am speechless that they are still in business. This is HORRIBLE business ethics, absolutely horrible. It is so bad, it feels like they are riding the fine line between a shady, bad business and complete scammers. If you care about your car, go with someone else. I went ahead and went with SGT Auto Transport and it was cheaper and was picked up the SAME day, and they actually have online chat support which works wonderfully! Road Runner is a complete joke. Horrible service. Had booked the pickup for 11th May, and at the time of booking i was assured that carriers are available on that date. I had to relocate from NJ to CO on 14th May and had to leave car with my friend. Its 19th May and i am still waiting for an update, and not even any courtesy calls. We have to wait in the chat queue begging for updates, and all we get is an automated response from chat agents that 'we are still looking for a carrier'. I am struggling without a car in my new location and with my wife 34 week pregnant, and with a small kid, it is so tough to manage. Should have never trusted these people and their false claim at the time of booking. Absolutely unprofessional and the worst service ever. read more

This Company is absolutely horrible!! Please do not waste your time, effort or money!! Their estimates are off by hundreds of dollars, communication with you is horrible. I have had to stay on the call for at least 30 minutes every-time i have called to see what is going on with my vehicle. This company will tell you when your vehicle will be picked up and will cancel. I had to call them myself to find out my pickup was cancelled. My tracking also said that my truck was delivered when it wasn't even picked up to be transported. This company is a joke!!!! I would never use them again and if you work for them your a joke! DO NOT book with this company. I booked a month in advance to ensure our car would be picked up on time. I did not hear back from them. 5 days prior, I started contacting them. They answered their phone once, assured me the car would be picked up on time & instructed me to wait for them to contact me. They never did. Thet didn't answer their phone again. They didn't respond to emails. The only communication is via messagomg. On the day they promised to pick up the car, (after waiting 30 minutes on messaging app) they informed the date was not guaranteed & it would probably be next week sometime. We are moving tomorrow. They pronised & did not deliver. read more

Me and my fiance are relocating across the country and we had one of our cars scheduled to be picked up the day before we moved. This was scheduled weeks in advance with a deposit. The day of pickup there was no call, so we called. They told us that pickup was pending because there were no available carriers and that they'll let us know when there is an availibility, which could tomorrow or a week from now. They don't actually schedule an available pickup! Since we were leaving the next day that really put us in a bind. We scrambled to find an alternative option (which we were able to with our movers thankfully) but that was a horrible feeling and a horrible experience on top of an already stressful move. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what we went through and I do not recommend this company to anyone. read more

HORRIBLE. BEWARE! They are super fast to call you when you are setting up a delivery. Once they have your money, POOF! No ability to call. This company is the worst. They come on strong then fail to deliver. They told be to have my car available on 12/30 and the earliest it will be picked up is 1/3. When you call you cannot reach anyone. They force you to a chat line where people try their best to help but can only report status, unable to tell you anything else. After this experience I will never use them again. The response to my review was not accurate, no one contacted me from Customer Support. They did however issue a full refund so all I suffered was loss of time and a whole lot of aggravation. read more

I was in a hurry when I booked this company, so I didn't read the review carefully. I booked the shipping on 7/12, set the pick up day on 7/24. They sent me an email and claimed they found me a carrier on 7/27 (I don't think the carrier is real, I tried to call the carrier, there is no one pick up the phone). Now it is 7/31, there is still no one pick up my car. I left my car in CA, and I am here in MS waiting for my car to come, my life have been miserable without a car here, it is very inconvenient and disturb my normal daily life. Now, i just want to cancel my contract. I called them 10 times today...I got someone pick up the phone once, i said i want to cancel my contract, he put me on hold IMMEDIATELY, and till now still no one answer me. I just need to cancel the contract, i don't even care if they take away the $200 cancellation fee. I just need to get out of this contract. read more

I was a returning customer and used RoadRunner last year. I tried to get new pricing to ship my car and was given one price online and another when I spoke to Kyle the rep to book the transport. WARNING TO PEOPLE LOOKING TO SHIP THEIR CAR: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEIR WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS. If I could give 0/5 stars I would. As someone who doesn't know much about shipping a car across the country, I just wanted a price quote to see if it would be a viable option. This company came up on google and seemed legit. Unfortunately, to get a quote at all, you are REQUIRED to put in an email and phone number. I was hesitant to give this information, since I had not decided on using their service yet. Welp, my worst fears have been confirmed. I got my quote on the website, and contact information for the local shipping coordinator. Within 1 minute, I received an email AND a text message with the SAME information. I thought it was a bit excessive, but shrugged it off, thinking that was the end. Two hours later, I get a phone call. The caller starts rambling off THE SAME INFORMATION. Obviously, at this point I'm a little annoyed and in the middle of my day, so I state "Why are you contacting me? I got the email and the text." Well, Billy's fantastic response was to take on an aggressive tone and say "Well why would you put down a number if you DON'T want to be contacted? Next time, you should just put down a fake number if you don't want a phone call." ...WHAT? If that's your take on it, you shouldn't require people to put in a phone and email to get a quote!! After the phone call, I receive a phony email saying "It was nice speaking with you today" (ha, it really wasn't) + a copy of the previous email. NO NEW INFORMATION. Several things: 1. It is ridiculous to expect people to put in a fake number and email - especially since I was still considering using the service at the time. 2. If you want to send a text AND email, fine. If you are going to call, it should be because you have new information. I would have understood if they followed up in a week, or even a few days. 3. If you ARE going to call, get some customer service training. I work in the service industry, I know it isn't easy. I concede that I was a bit sharp on the phone, but most people don't appreciate being interrupted in the middle of the day to have information repeated at them. 4. All I wanted was a quote. I was not under the impression that I had made a commitment to this company, but I was oh, so wrong. Judging from other reviews, they call and call trying to get you to use their services (i.e. pay them). I'd like to point out that this "marketing strategy" is akin to harassment. I certainly will not be using their services and will be warning others to do the same. UPDATE: Have received 3 more calls and 2 voicemails. 100% regret giving my information. Apparently they act as a broker, so they send the information to multiple transport services, all of which will try to contact you (woo!) - they do not disclose that to you when you submit your information. Womp womp. read more

Do not use this service. They are a Transportation Broker only. They take no responsibility for the actual shipment dates and delivery dates of your vehicle. They do not guarantee on time delivery to your final location. They refer all questions to a 3rd party Auto Transport Company to which they offer no phone number or physical address to contact. In my case, the vehicle was not delivered to the final destination on the time period promised. The vehicle had been delivered to a storage facility and was available. There were no drivers available to deliver the vehicle and ended up taking an Uber 75 miles to pick up the vehicle at a storage facility. Road Runner offered no reimbursement and deferred all complaints to their contract and the 3rd party Transporation vendor. ( I only located the 3rd Party Vendor because I had spoken with the Truck Driver who provided me with his cell phone before he left ). read more
