    More fender scratches

Avoid This Company at All Costs - Horrible Experience from Start to Finish This has been, by far, the worst experience I've ever had with any company. I strongly advise you to spend a little extra and take your business elsewhere. To begin with, my vehicle was supposed to be picked up on May 16, 2025. They pushed it to the 17th, but ultimately didn't show up until May 21st--a full five days late. That alone might be forgivable, but it was just the start of the nightmare. I was hit with an extra $100 charge. Then when the driver arrived--after I had already relocated--he extorted my mother and mother-in-law for an additional $150, threatening not to load the car unless paid on the spot because there were a few blankets and a laundry hamper inside. Mind you, I had already paid an extra $100 in advance for minor personal items. When the vehicle arrived at my new location on May 27th, it had noticeable damage that absolutely was not there when it left Texas. The driver himself admitted that he hit low branches or a low pass and even showed me a video he recorded of the damage. He tried to cover up scratches on my roof with a white compound. If that's not a red flag, I don't know what is. To make things worse, the driver refused to deliver to my street, even though it loops back to the main road, claiming he wouldn't be able to turn around--but somehow had no issue taking the car through rough terrain elsewhere. I tried to file a damage claim through RRAT, but they made the process intentionally difficult. They initially rejected my claim because I only had one body shop quote, even though legally, one quote is sufficient. As a new resident, starting a new job with three kids, my time was extremely limited--but I still went out of my way to get two quotes and all the supporting evidence they requested (before and after photos, videos, repair estimates, etc.). After submitting everything, they told me it had taken too long (about 7 weeks) and closed the claim. When I spoke with Jenna, she assured me the claim would be reopened if I re-submitted everything. I did so immediately. Then--within two days--they claimed I signed a BOL (Bill of Lading) stating there was no damage. I did not sign anything. If I had, I certainly wouldn't have signed off on a clean report while the driver himself was pointing out a massive scratch on my door. This company is dishonest, disorganized, and completely lacking in accountability. I have all the receipts, photos, and videos to back up every part of my story. I am now exploring other legal options. Bottom line: Don't make the same mistake I did. Avoid RRAT at all costs. You'll regret it.

He…read morewas super responsive and even though there were some challenges (drove to the middle of nowhere New Jersey to drop my car) it was a reasonable price compared to others. Issues were threefold: - Eric basically represented and used a facility that does its own direct auto transport. When questioned (because they were cheaper) he highlighted his business as better due to a number of factors. None of these ended up coming to fruition. - the Rando he got to transport my car was horrible. Lack of communication or updates. Ended up delivering the car two or three days later than promised (meaning I missed being able to inspect the car). And throughout the process was full of lies regarding arrival time and why he wasn't delivering on time. - car was damaged during transport but because I was out of town for 2 months after the fact and wasn't able to confirm and share this with Eric (because it was delivered late) I had no recourse for costs to fix the damage. - finally, In reviewing his end of year books, Eric got confused about a voided transaction (I had been charged twice initially and there was a void in his books). He assumed that it was me doing it due to my dissatisfaction and charged my credit card again without confirming the issue with me. He left messages while I was in a meeting and then charged my card without confirming. When I called, he apologized for his angry action but for someone who highlights professionalism amongst his traits, I feel this was way out of line. I was going to just leave things as is and not write a review and leave things as they were in August but given the action he took today I felt compelled to warn others.
