Chris was amazing! I was going through a divorce and needed to get my car at a specific time and date only and he made it happen! Car arrived at location early and was in perfect condition. He even got me a slightly better deal than discussed on the price and returned $50 to me. read more

I received service quotes from 4 different companies to transport my SUV from New York to Delaware. After researching all companies, I settled on two but it was Chris at CV Auto Transport who made my final decision easy. His price was right in the middle of the lowest to the highest but it was his efforts that truly shined. Communication, accountability and dependability are just a few great qualities to mention. Chris was very easy to work with and made any anxiety I initially felt disappear almost instantly. I highly recommend Chris & CV Auto Transport. read more

Delivered on time, in good condition with no issues whatsoever. The driver communicated well, and everything went smoothly!

I found a classic car here on Long Island that I needed shipped to Connecticut. I made the mistake of getting an online quote which resulted in a dozen different quotes - none were local and I couldn't verify their reviews. After being bombarded with texts and calls from companies that I couldn't verify, I looked up a local company CV auto transport. While the quote was a little higher, it was a fair price and there was a real local person I could talk to. Unfortunately the seller flooded the engine on the day of pickup, so they had to wench it onto the trailer. The seller killed the battery trying to get it started. I have a long twisted driveway which is hard to get a trailer up, and I was not onsite for delivery. The driver went above and beyond to get the car delivered up my driveway. It took them a lot longer than expected - but there were no complaints or up charges. There were no problems with the delivery and I am super happy with the service. Communication was great. I'm sure the online folks would have just left it on the street. This is a really great local company who actually cares about helping their customers. Thank you! I would highly recommend and would definitely use them again. read more

I live in SC and purchased a Mustang GT located in Smithtown, NY. I needed to find a reliable company to transport the car to me. I contacted Chris at CV on a Monday in the early afternoon and he assured me they could have the car shipped to me within a few days and gave me a set reasonable price for delivery. He also confirmed they would not charge me more money once they arrived as I had read some other transport companies will do to people. After we agreed to the terms Chris dispatched Junior from Godspeed Logistics who went and picked up the car shortly after our call which was amazing! Godspeed delivered my car the very next afternoon! I was so happy with the quick turn around, the care they took to load and unload my lowered Mustang from the truck and everyone's friendliness! I highly recommend and would gladly do business again with CV if purchasing another vehicle out of state. read more

I highly recommend this business- originally I had chosen not to go with CV Auto Transport because I got a cheaper offer (Van 3 Auto Transport) which was ultimately a disastrous choice. On the pickup day with Van 3, they canceled the transport. In a panic I started called other companies. Chris was extremely responsive, very transparent, and took a lot of time trying to find an expedited same day pick up. He did find a solution, and I am very grateful for his help. l regret not working with CV Auto Transport to begin with, and I highly recommend working with them if you need your car shipped. read more

A month before I had to move I made the horrible mistake and booked with Road Runner Auto Transport. I ALWAYS go to Yelp and the one time to just searched google it bit me in the ass. 4 days passed after my car was supposed to be picked up and still... nothing. On day 5, I called Chris at CV Auto Transport. He was nice enough to explain to me what Road Runner did not and informed me the reason no one has agreed to take my car is that I was all the way on the east end of long island. Had I known I had to meet somewhere in the middle, it would have not been a problem. Road Runner did not tell me any of this and did not try and help me when I explained the issue. All was lost... until I called Chris at CV Chris was there. He explained everything and got my car picked up within 48 hrs and arriving on the same day I arrive in California. He runs the business and also is the one who answers the phone and your questions. He is prompt to return missed calls and he is patient with any and all questions. I could not recommend CV any higher and if you are moving anywhere and need your car shipped, call Chris! read more

The owner contacted me quickly and the price was fair. I thought pickup would be a week or more away and it ended up being 24 hours. The owner gave us the option to move it sooner or later. How nice! Great experience and service. Went above and being to accommodate my pick up and dropped off in the time mentioned!

I used CV auto to transport my vehicle from NY to LA. This was such a smooth and effortless process! I am so pleased! Chris from CV Auto was very pleasant and professional to work with. They had my car picked up directly from the pickup location in NY. The driver showed up at the exact time he said and even called in advance to confirm. The driver that dropped it off in LA was very polite and courteous and called the day before he was scheduled to drop off to confirm the address and he showed up the next day on time (actually 15 mins earlier)! The whole process took 7 days-pickup to dropoff -exactly. The car actually came earlier than I expected! After reading so many bad reviews about other auto shipping companies, I am so relieved I picked a great company. read more

I live in western Connecticut and wanted to ship my 2018 Subaru to a daughter in Florida. When I priced driving down with gas, two motel nights and food and a flight back it made no sense. They picked up the car at my house and delivered at hers at a fair price. Will use again for sure. read more

Chris from CV Auto Transport was able to help find a carrier for my car in an extremely limited time frame. After my previous broker let me down and was unable to find an enclosed carrier despite a 7 day window. I was losing hope. I had to fly out to Arizona the next day and had to ship the car. I found CV here on Yelp and messaged them at 6AM the day before my flight. Within minutes I was talking to Chris. I explained my situation and he was very helpful. Within 2 hours we had a carrier pickup for the next day and I was able to catch my evening flight. This was the best customer service from an auto transport I've ever received. Chris was very easy to work with, organized, and responsive to my questions. My car arrived in Arizona on time and on schedule! Thank you CV Auto Transport. read more

Chris and the team and CV are awesome. They transported a Raptor for us across the country during Christmas and it arrived on time and without any issues. Thank you Chris! read more

This company is the absolute best if you want your car shipped and taken care of. We called many brokers and they're all nothing but "smoke n mirrors". They'll say yes, then they'll scramble to try and find anyone to pick up your car and transport it. Chris at CV is completely the opposite. He will first check to be sure they can really manage the move before he will say yes. They picked up our car in New York right when they said they would and delivered it early to Nevada. They had quoted approx 7 days and it got there in 5. Don't waste your time on other auto brokers. CV Transport is dependable and really care about your vehicle. You can't go wrong with these guys. read more

I worked with Chris... talk about incredible customer service! Before I even agreed to sign with his company, he did all of the leg-work to figure out estimated date of pick-up, arrival date, and everything in-between! He walked me through what to expect and answered all of my questions. My car was delivered today (as promised) and it looks great! read more

The best of the best. I needed transport of my Buick Encore from NY to the midwest on relatively short notice (and initially called CV right before a holiday weekend). Chris was incredibly willing to answer all my questions and responded each time with lightning speed. He provides the best customer service I have ever experienced. He found a carrier for my vehicle way faster than I expected (and days faster than any of the other transport companies I had spoken to told me to expect) and the Monday morning after a holiday! Chris also gave me a reasonable price in comparison to other companies. I made payment easily using the online link and my car was picked up that same day. The carrier was absolutely outstanding and great about providing updates and my car arrived 2 days later in perfect condition. (I also expected delivery to take at least a few days.) Chris remained an impeccable communicator and even followed up after the job was complete. I would recommend CV to anyone. read more
