Terrible Company, double-charged me, and now won't answer phone calls or messages. It has been over two weeks.

As a company they are a little bit more expensive than other carriers but they know what they do and quality is always a pricier everywhere. there is always a phone call away answer to your questions and margine to negotiate prices.

We were told that night that the container could not be released because the express bill of lading was missing. Repeated attempts (7 weeks +) to get answers and resolution while you are forced to pay demurrage and other fees is inexcusable. The only response we ever received was "upper management is working on it." That was before they started to ghost us. After much digging we learned our shipment was withheld because Transparent didn't pay the ocean freight company for shipping our goods from Seattle to Europe. As a result they refused to issue the express bill of lading. But wait. There's more. We learned yesterday that Transparent also never paid the excellent moving company who packed our goods in Seattle in August 2025. They also didn't pay Italian company they hired to receive and move our goods to our home here. This company is now billing us. We paid Transparent the full contracted amount, $20,000+ August 2025 for a job that was never fully executed. They took our money and shafted their suppliers. And we still don't have our things. This move will end up costing us more than double if we have to absorb Transparent's debts. And we know at least 20 others who are suffering the same fate. Transparent "upper management" If you're reading this, where did our money go if not to fully cover our move and payment to your suppliers? What kind of service do you call this? I call it premeditated fraud. Shame on you.

Multiple items damaged, bedroom set, chipped, gauged, and in pieces. China cabinet delivered without legs. Furniture filthy. One guy arrived with our stuff and moved everything alone, which caused further damage to items and our walls. Waited two weeks for delivery after being told delivery would be at most 3-4 days after arrival. Am extremely disappointed and would never recommend this mover.

From the moment that they arrived to the moment I received my property on the other end it was one big head ache. The move ended up costing me twice what I was quoted. When my property arrived it was not in crates and was just thrown into the back of a truck. Several items arrived damaged which was noted upon delivery and signing for it. During the unpacking process I found several other items damaged. I contacted Adams Moving and Storage and was told to provide photographs of the damaged goods via email which I did. I never heard back from Adams regarding next steps so I contacted them again and I still have not heard back from them. When doing a move as the company you contract with if they will be doing everything; packing, pickup, storage and delivery from start to finish or if they are subcontracting the work. Moving is a racket, I swear run by the mob because they cannot be trusted. If a truck arrives that is not owned and marked by the company you contracted with be very cautious because you will most likely get scammed like and did and end up paying at least double your quote and unfortunately there is nothing you can do about it. I had records of phone calls, emails, photographs and the mediator still sided with the original moving company.
