When I called the guy said he'd get a tow truck out to me in half an hour and promptly hung up. Mind you, he never asked for my address so I called back in half an hour and asked for a status update. "Oh we're sending someone out soon," I replied "do you even have my address?', he replied "oh yeah I was going to call and ask for that" (sure you were). After giving him the address I waited 4+ HOURS, finally after 11 PM I called them and told them to cancel the tow truck.
