Not only do they never show up when you need them, but when they do, there's a high chance that the tow truck driver will just drive off with your car and steal it. He was professional the whole time, arrived on schedule, was easy to talk to, and clearly knew his job. His truck was clean and the equipment looked well-kept, which was important to me since my bike was already damaged and I wanted it handled with care. He loaded it up gently and delivered it without any new scratches. This was honestly one of the best service experiences I've had in a long time. Damon was friendly and polite, and it didn't just feel like a business deal. It felt like he really cared about doing a good job. I've already saved his number in my phone for the future, though I hope I won't need it. If you need a reliable motorcycle tow in NYC, I recommend Damon.
