I had the great pleasure of talking to Manny. I explained my situation and how stressed out I was about my car. The location of where I needed the car to be towed for 20 miles out. Manny calmed me down and assured me that everything will be OK and he will make sure I will not have to wait an extremely long time. Manny gave me an estimated time of when he will arrive. To my surprise, I received a follow up call, stating the time frame has been shorten. I was VERY PLEASED with the time frame and price. The employees were very compassionate, patient, honest and very understanding of my dilemma. I wanted to make sure I posted a review for anyone. Believe when I say.......this is a towing company you may want to use to tow your vehicle. All I can say is......THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU

The tow truck driver who answered was immediately rude and unprofessional. Due to the poor customer service, I decided to cancel the request. At that point, the representative became hostile, yelling profanities and directing racial slurs at me because of my accent. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the company. No customer should be subjected to harassment, discrimination, or verbal abuse for simply requesting an update or choosing to cancel a service. The representative continued to call me multiple times in what appeared to be a harassing and taunting manner. During this calls, he used extremely vulgar language and made repeated offensive racial insults targeting me because of my accent. the behavior was aggressive, abusive, and completely unprofessional.
