Excellent communication from the company from the beginning to end. This is the first time since my husband and I have shipped our car to Florida that the vehicle was picked up on the date we asked for and delivered as promised. I especially liked the feature of being able to pay with a credit card to the company instead of paying cash to the driver. The drive was courteous . I plan to use this company for future shipping needs. read more

I was unaware that the company was going to use another shipping company to ship my cars if their trucks are unavailable. I was not address this right away. I was told that I would get replies on the status of my car and no responses were made back to me. Overall, my car arrived but I was told different dates by the other company three times. I didn't like the fact that I had to be worried but the car did make it to WA from NY at the end. read more

I recently got my SUV shipped from NJ to Phoenix. I am extremely pleased with the service provided by the company. My contact person was Tom who was not only very professional but very courteous and friendly. From pick up to delivery, they did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend their company. Also they charged my credit card a few days before pickup unlike many companies who want to charge a part of the fees right at the time of booking. Their rates were competitive especially given the recent gas prices. When I moved to NJ from phoenix 2 years ago, I got a company who promised very low rates and took a deposit, but as the day of pick up approached, there was no communication. I called them up asked what the issue was, they responded that they could not find a driver who would take my vehicle at the rate they promised. I would need to shell an additional $350 if I wanted to get my vehicle shipped at the time I wanted. When I called Tom at USA auto-transport, he guaranteed the rate which we discussed and he stuck to his word. If I need to ship my vehicle again, I would not look at any other company. Tom, Thank you again for the excellent service. read more

I was referred to Auto Transport by Roadway Moving (who does not transport cars). Auto Transport quoted me $1000, which initially was more than what I wanted to spend. I thought that I should continue to shop around in search of a better price (also recommended when you are new to these services). This is my first time moving to another state and was not sure of the pricing structure. I have also learned that these companies operate as Brokers and use 3rd party movers. A good majority of them are not trustworthy. After learning that the quote USA Auto provided was most reasonable, I called back ready to book. I ended up speaking to a different agent who quoted me $200 LESS than the original Broker. Again, I was more than ready to book. But then the new agent learned of my original quote with his colleague and ended our call to speak with his partner. They original agent called me back telling me that the COMPANY cannot honor the lesser quote and that I am free to take my business elsewhere!! UNPROFESSIONAL and UNETHICAL! How is it that the same company quoted 2 different amounts and refused to honor the lesser? WHY? Because they are greedy and do not care to do honest business. One may say that $200 is not a big deal, but when a company is willing to throw your business away because they refuse to accommodate a customer then I was left with no choice but to go elsewhere! DO BETTER! read more

My husband was given about 2 weeks notice for an out of state job transfer, so we had to scramble for various moving vendors. I contacted Brooklyn Auto Shipping and was immediately impressed by the level of service provided by Tom (and his team). He was friendly and answered all of my questions while also providing pricing and a timeline for service. All follow-up communications were prompt. As we discussed, the day before I received a call from the driver with a pickup window, and pickup proceeded exactly as planned. Our vehicle arrived next day in perfect condition. The entire process couldn't have gone any smoother, especially on such short notice. Highly recommend! read more

I got my car shipped with no hassle all thanks to Brooklyn Auto Shipping! I'm really satisfied with the experience that I had with them because their staff was very friendly and helpful. After being assured that my car will arrive on time and that it was insured in case anything happened, I felt that my car was in good hands. Best part yet was that I was offered a reasonable quote since I went with the open trailer. I did my research beforehand and other places seemed very pricey, so I'm really happy I found this place. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who is trying to ship their car. My car made it all the way to Pittsburgh safely and so can yours! read more

Very good response to an immediate need. Try them Out. Also responsive in the event of having to cancel appointment

I was very happy with the service I received over the phone when I wanted to ship my car from NY to Dallas. The price was not the cheapest but they were very cordial and forthcoming. I did payment by card and the invoice is professional looking, suitable for work/company reimbursement. The driver that picked up the car was very nice and met at the agreed upon place at the agreed upon time. I tipped the guy although from what I understand it's not necessarily the norm. The shipment was supposed to take a week or so, took a couple of days longer, but whatever, these things happen, right? The reason I am deducting the stars and the part I am not happy with is the delivery driver; Never called the day before, I called the dispatch and they gave me his number. I called, no answer, so I texted I would be unavailable due to work and I texted him my wife's number as she would pick up the car. When he finally did call my wife he was very rude over the phone and tried to get her to meet him at wherever outside of the city he was to pick up the car. When she refused because the deal was for him to deliver to our place, he came up with an excuse that due to state law he cannot deliver during certain hours.. Yet he delivered the car during those hours the following day. This ruined the whole experience for me and upset my wife during a stressful time in our life. I wish I was there so I could have put my foot up his a**. People like that have no business being in the service business. I don't know how much control you guys have over the different pickup/delivery drivers but this one shouldn't be affiliated with you guys. read more

They're not a shipping company they are broker company. They give your business to another shipping company. And you're paying them to do that. They will not tell you that off the back. They will finesse you and make you feel comfortable to have business with them. Even your reading the agreement of their business and click okay and okay. That you read there contract with you. It will show that this agreement that you're reading is to protect them if something happened. You read the contract. They will also stay on the phone with you to assist you if you don't understand something. Trying to connect with your comfortability. And, then will wheel you in. Until it to late. They will even give you the private number or text you. To call them if anything happened. And when you do called their phone, it will go straight to voicemail. No call back or anything. LoL And no this is NOT a misunderstanding. This is a experience; that I experienced. They have done this to other customers as well. When they see your going to other state. And they will play it off like it was a misunderstanding. And that they would do better next time. That's their way of not taking responsibility for the action. And they will be no next time with me. I hope whomever is reading this. Take my experience lightly. And, don't bother to make that call to them. Just know that you're working with a broker agency not a shipping agency. They will send your business to a contractor to do their business. And you will have to pay them as well. This is another way of scheming that everyone's getting paid. And someone being a sucker because of it. But this is also a learning experience. I hope the readers catch it and not get catch. read more

Recently needed two cars shipped from TX to NJ. There were no surprises or gimmicks. The quoted price was the price. The service was timely and reliable. The drivers made every accommodation to pick up and drop-off as close to my residence as possible. They are my go to provider for any service in the future. read more

I had transport my deceased father van to the dealership in a very time sensitive manner, USA Transport got me a flatbed the next morning at 8am ready to go. I worked with Bill Parano from Brooklyn Auto Shipping and he was able to coordinate the entire trip from start to finish for the smoothest auto shipping for my car from Brooklyn to Chicago without a single scratch. The driver was very professional and answered all of my questions before hand. The driver arrived exactly when they said they were going to arrive and my car was picked up and in 2 days it was waiting for me at my place in Chicago. They even went an extra mile and parked my car in my garage space where my condo is located. These guys know what they are doing and provide top-notch service. It was definitely worth the price. Thanks everyone!!! read more

It was my first time shipping a car, and the people at Brooklyn Auto Shipping made it a smooth and care-free experience. I bought the car Tuesday and they told me they would be able to pick it up by Wednesday afternoon! Surely, I got a call the next day, letting me know that they were at the location and picking it up. They were reliable every step of the way, and delivered my car in excellent condition. Give them a shot, they will not disappoint! read more

I have to ship my old man's Plymouth back to FL because he's moving with me for a few months for his medication. The problem is that he's already here with me and his car is still in NY! He said not to worry because he left the car keys to my cousin who's living near him. To make the story short, he found Brooklyn auto shipping from his friend and we took a chance to give them a call, told them the situation and they took the job. Car was picked up after 3 days and took them 6 days to deliver to out destination. We're not expecting it to be delivered quickly but this company made it possible. We'll give you a call again once we need auto transport services again. read more

This company obviously knows how to transport cars across the country and does it reliably. They contacted me exactly as promised and arranged for the pickup location, which was difficult in my case because of narrow streets and overhanging branches. The process of inspecting and loading the car was done without any stress and was over quickly. The car arrived when promised and in excellent condition. I was very happy with the entire procedure. read more

BAS is completely amazing to deal with. The price was great, and the service was still so awesome. They responds to emails quickly, texts, and was very professional. Was kinda dreading the process of shipping my car across the country, but BAS made it completely stress free. They subcontract your car to another company for the actual shipping. The company they chose was also great to deal with. They kept me in the loop of when to expect my car and came at the very beginning of the arrival window. Was expecting to wait around all day for the driver to pickup my car, but he showed up right on time. Also, my car arrived with no damage. read more

From start to finish the whole process was 100% transparent. All phone calls were promptly answered. The coordination for pickup and the drivers' attention to detail was fantastic. At pickup in NY the inspection was everything necessary to give me peace of mind for the cross country trip to California. Highly perfomed company and I will sure use them again. read more

I was visiting relatives in my home town of New York where I happened to stumble upon a car for sale that I had made a quick decision to purchase as I was leaving NY on 4/3/2017. After going to the Yelp app to see ratings on transport companies to get the car shipped back to where I now live in Las Vegas, NV I came across the great ratings and customer comments for Brooklyn Auto Shipping (USA Auto Transport). I decided to give them a call and when I did my call was received by a very friendly and informative Representative "Frank". He went through the entire process got me all the documents needed to set up and coordinate the shipment via email. Within minutes he responded with a pick up date for the next day (whichever ended up ever so perfect as that was the day I flew back to Las Vegas). He explained it would take approximately 7-10 business days but the driver and himself would always keep me informed. I received a call from the driver on the morning of 4/8/2017 stating that they'd be delivering he car between 3-6pm today 4/8/2017! They arrived at my door at 5:30pm!!! Car was in great condition and drivers was very very nice. For a quick unplanned situation I can't believe how smooth and seem less this ended up being. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY to anyone!!!!! A+ communication, delivery and fair price for a cross country transport. Thank you to this company...... GREAT, GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!! read more

BEWARE. I am fully convinced that the reviews are completely written by PR staff. This company gave me all kinds of wonderful promises when initially booking. I had had an awful experience trying to use another company (Roadrunner auto transport) and was in desperate need of someone to ship my TESLA x country. This company assured me that they were right for the job. I was told they would likely pick the car up within 4 days (even though a national holiday was in that window-they said they worked 24/7). 4 days came and went. No communication. Day 5, my last day of the "pick up window" and I was informed, finally - after about 4 phone calls, that they wouldn't be coming due to mechanical issues on the truck. I was told they "should" be able to get it the next day, which of course didn't happen either. So, the next day, after another exasperating phone call, I was told it would "probably be picked up the following week". No date, not even a window. I'm so aggravated at this point. I had a month to get my car out to LA, Now I'm no longer in NYC and my car is stuck there without a company to ship it. STAY AWAY from this company. They use SEO and online tricks to make you believe they are better rated than they are. Only upside is that I wasn't charged anything yet. read more
