They don't make reservations but it's usually not an issue getting on the wait list. We put our name in as soon as we get to the mall and walk around waiting for a phone call. The hair cuts are pretty consistent and never much to complain about. My daughter loves going there to get her bangs trimmed because other places can't seem to do them right, but at RMH they're never crooked and always the perfect length and shape. read more

A lot of talk around this place. Was recommended by many to go here for a cut. I will say, I won't be going back anytime soon. They only offer walk ins only so you're forced to wait an extended period of time (2 hours). I asked for a low skin taper and the barber ended up taking hair off the top with no blend. I'm not even sure he understood by the look of it. He rushed through my haircut in about 20 minutes for $35 dollars. No way the prices should be that much for the service you get. Ridiculous!!! I have got a good cut for this place before liking the cut, but on Friday the 19th of April I went in for a layered haircut. I have thick curly hair and wanted to give my curls some bounce. The owner cut my hair, made all the layers uneven and cut my hair too short. It's hard to tell with my hair until it dry to see the difference. I didn't know until then. I had come in with already shampooed and wet hair. I don't like the layers and wish one of the other ladys would have done my hair. If you do decide to go there everyone else on the team does a great job and the men do wonderful cuts on my boyfriend. So great job to them. read more

There customer service sucks they have a 5 min layback time and that's it there's no time to run even a little late because they will take walk-ins. I was 7 mins late and they already had someone getting there hair cut. No time to grab money or anything they are a joke!!! read more

I had a horrible experience. Signed for walk in and the older short lady was extremely rude. Wait time was over an hour after I signed and watched 3 others go before me. Then was told my requested person was unavailable and due to not having time to go anywhere else i was given a different person and the haircuts were not at all what was requested. Terrible experience both times I visited. Took my daughter in the first time to get a simple trim for an 8 year old. The owner lady was so rude. She kept pulling my daughters head saying sit still, I said sit still! The trim was uneven. I decided to go back today after mastercuts was closed to get a fade on my sons hair. She completely buzzed off his hair. I told her to scissor cut the top and she buzzed it off. To top it off she kept telling him (he's two) sit back and pulling him back in the chair. If you don't know how to cut children's hair don't take them as clients. I will never return there even when nothing is open. I've heard good things about the guy who works there but the owner is a rude nightmare who needs to go back to school. Her style is completely dated. read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would. waited for more than two and a half hours and kept being told that I was next. Finally walked down the mall to another salon and got in immediately. Had my hair washed, cut, dried by the other salon and still didn't get a call from this place. They used to be okay when they had more than one woman on staff. I'm not sure what her business model is but everytime I go in now it's the owner and a bunch of men that I believe are her sons. The owner is the only one who cuts female's hair. If her plan was to switch business model, then she needs to change her sign and call herself a barbershop instead of a salon. This is ridiculous! I will never ever go there again. Which is really sad because they used to do a good job and the wait wasn't ridiculously long. Maybe if they took appointments, that would solve the problem, but they refuse to do that either. Lisa quoted me 120 and then ruined my hair after I showed her a picture of what I wanted and completely failed. I asked for blonde hair with still some brown. When I left I had 4 different shades of pretty much orange and white. Barely any brown left and there were parts of my hair with 3 different colors on the same strands. Walked out with her making me pay 170. And would let me leave if I didn't pay. Had to go to somewhere else to get it fixed with in a few days because it was one week before my wedding. read more

if i could give this place negative 20 stars i would. please do not go here. you will leave with no hair! i had been dying my own hair bright red for the last 4 months, i decided i wanted to go back to blonde. no other salons had availabilty at the time so i thought id give it a chance. when i told the fat short mexican girl i wanted to get rid of the red she never said she could not get me to blonde. i didnt know? she never once said the risks or that it might take multiple attemps. 1st attemp, i was under the heater forgotten about, my head started to burn and i had to let someone know. after she rinsed it out it was bright orange so she put more bleach on my head and back under the heater..... and forgotten about again!!! once my hair got washed out it was not my desired color but also not even my hair.... :( took two ladies to try to brush my hair talking in mexican all frantic over me, told me that my hair is probably always like this at home and sent me home with wet unbrushed hair!!!! also had to pay the full price!! never once a sorry or we should try this instead. this is the worst place. full of uneducated mexicans that burn your hair off. read more
