When I walked in the front desk cow wasn't warm or welcoming. She didn't discuss the options with me. I then got the attention of the front desk gal and explained to her that I am not comfortable with my technician. She has not communicated clearly to me. I recently had a finger infection. I need to make sure that I am clearly understood and that we have a proper discussion and thankfully she moved me over to Julie's desk. Afterward, I told her how happy I was with Julie Service. I reminded her that I originally said I wanted a basic manicure and through Conversation and connection I ended up instead of spending $20. I spent $55 on the top of the line Service and gel therefore the company made Double their money than they would have had. I've been stuck without initial technician who by the way, never apologized look like she didn't care.. I also told the front desk gal that in the future if she wants that business to be successful, trust is important strong communication between customers and technicians and service. People is important. Cleanliness of course always because finger and toe infections can run rampant in salon salons.. She was very gracious. She apologized more than once. I told her I don't need an apology. What I want.
