But their interaction with my 3 1/2 yr old was not as "child-friendly" as I was hoping. Yes they had a booster chair but that was about the only factor that made it a place for kids. Nice people, but a little too unprofessinal and an intimidating atmousphere for a young child. The energetic man who cut my son's hair was quite eccentric and seemed more interested in telling random stories to me and his co-worker then focusing on his haircut, or him and his comfortability. And when explaining how I'd like my son's hair cut I was interrupted and basically ignored. I was unhappy with the haircut and would never take him there again. I'd rather try cutting his own hair myself. If your child is 5 or 6, and you dont really care the quality of the cut, then go for it. In reality the Hair Connection is a small little place more for small little elderly women.
