So it's hard to me to look at paper or office supplies without touching them or getting their dimension. They do offer shipping and free returns but maybe it's because I'm old school and want to physically see and touch before I buy. New Pros: 1. Amazon returns processed here. You get your money credit right away plus you get a staples coupon as well 2. Passport photos taken here 3. Processing of TSA pre check can be applied here which is pretty convenient. 4. Electronic recycling available. Plus you can get bonus points for credits to use later on. Cons: 1. Less product online the floor 2. Items displays don't match the price tags. So you have to be ready to take a photo and show the staff when you check out. 3. Hard to find available staff to help you on the floor. Majority of staff is busy chi asking out or with processing Amazon returns.
