    Came to get my flyers printed at US printing. They have great customers service. Super friendly and helpful with great reasonable prices. My flyers came out perfect with great quality. Definitely recommend getting your printing needs done here.

    I walked into this print shop in the Fall of 2015 to get a few prints of our wedding photos done. That is when I met Ray and was blown away by his customer service. I asked what other services they provide and he said pretty much anything I could imagine. So I went home told my husband about my experience. I told him we should use their services for our business and then the flood gates opened up. We frequent US Printing at least 1 time a week for our real estate business. They do all of our printing for signs, flyers, envelopes, marketing reports, I could go on forever. We love working with good, professional people and these guys get it right EVERY TIME!

    I needed two 189 page eBooks printed out with spiral binding and a cover. Some places take over a week but I had the pdf on my email and sent it to them and was done within an hour; the price was fair, too. The first place I called on my list hasn't even returned my call for a quote yet and it's been over a month... I will be using US Printing for all my printing needs.

    I'm a suuuper new user to Adobe Illustrator and computers intimidate me, to say the least. So I was a little nervous to come into a printing place. But honestly, I had no reason to be with the employees being so nice and helpful (shout out to Ray Williams who went above and beyond and essentially saved my project from crumbling to bits!) Staff is very knowledgeable but not pompous about it (which happens at other places:/) My assignment was to print the same image at 4 different printing locations to compare price and quality, (U.S. Printing being my first stop), but with the experience I had here today, I don't care if the other locations PAID ME to use their services, U.S Printing's customer service was just way too good! U.S PRINTING FOR LIFE!

There's way more product online but not shown in the store. So it's hard to me to look at paper or office supplies without touching them or getting their dimension. They do offer shipping and free returns but maybe it's because I'm old school and want to physically see and touch before I buy. New Pros: 1. Amazon returns processed here. You get your money credit right away plus you get a staples coupon as well 2. Passport photos taken here 3. Processing of TSA pre check can be applied here which is pretty convenient. 4. Electronic recycling available. Plus you can get bonus points for credits to use later on. Cons: 1. Less product online the floor 2. Items displays don't match the price tags. So you have to be ready to take a photo and show the staff when you check out. 3. Hard to find available staff to help you on the floor. Majority of staff is busy chi asking out or with processing Amazon returns.

I had no idea what I was doing but they took the time to explain the process and every one of them on a combined team effort had me in & out within 10 minutes. I have to add the store was extremely clean and the parking here is plenty Thank you once again for the courtesy while making me feel like a VIP and doing a great job with my packages.     I hate adding to the negative reviews of a local business, but the only reason I continue coming…read moreback is because it's the closest and most convenient UPS location for Amazon returns. Unfortunately, the customer service consistently falls short. The employee that so many other reviewers mention is, without question, the biggest issue. His behavior is difficult to tolerate. I've personally witnessed him use his position to be petty and unnecessarily confrontational with customers. He insists people do things "his way" because "it's his store" and has even threatened to refuse service over minor issues. Meanwhile, he'll casually chat with customers while a long line forms and people are visibly frustrated by the wait. The arrogance and inflated sense of authority make what should be a quick errand unnecessarily unpleasant. I've seen this happen multiple times. Just yesterday, I watched him manipulate a customer in front of everyone in line. It was uncomfortable to witness and completely unprofessional. It's disappointing because the location is convenient, but experiences like these make people think twice about coming back.
