The worst customer service. I had the scan photos for me and they just messed up big time. These photos were going to be used at my wedding reception for a slideshow. They charged me for and hour of work and collaged my photos into sloppy 3 PDF files. Slide show with movie maker requires jpeg. I asked them to credit me back for their sloppy work and all they wanted to do was offer me free business cards. I will never go here again for any printing job. They say they stand by their great customer service. I call bull on that. read more

Very bad communications & services. Because the high rating, I went to the store on Wednesday morning around 9:30am to print my business cards. I have told them I need it a kind of rush, asked them do me a favor, I need those cards no later than Sunday noon. I was told they will try, there is a big chance to get it on Friday morning, but still probably on Monday morning. unless I pay $10 more to make sure get ready on Friday. I decide not to pay rush fee, because I think for my just 250 cards ($39.99+Tax) from Wednesday morning to Friday late afternoon, almost 3 working days should be enough for them. But I've overestimate their ability. Due to I really need my cards asap, i called them once a day to check the status, every time I can feel they do not like me to called, even just called them totally twice. it is Friday afternoon around 5pm, I was just told my cards still not ready, have to wait it until Monday. When I thought maybe I another solution to make sure I can get my cards on time, a friend told me to try Staples. You know what? I placed the order on Thursday 2pm ($29.99 for 500 cards), then I picked it up on same day 7pm with very good quality!! read more
