I needed just 3 pages printed in color and Dennis tried to charge me $5. I asked him what the deal is and he said, " we don't like to print little things like that so I charge a lot. Its too much of a hassle" How can someone with no customer service skills be allowed to manage this place. Says so much about the owners. On a separate occasion, I wanted a quote for 10,000 magazines. Dennis never got back to me so I called him and he explained how they are the cheapest out there. He said he would match my price I already had. Literally, 2 weeks later i went in to print the mags and he doubled the price on me. He gave me this BS answer of how paper changes everyday. Although that may be true, it does not double in price. He never actually did his due diligence. If you have a large order like magazines, school manuals or anything along these lines US printing is NOT the place to get it done through. Try Castle Print, Trend offset printing or any other place besides US printing. Let them stick to making your business cards or black & White flyers. They obviously can't handle large orders. read more

I have dealt with US printing for quite some time. Approximately four years. All my printing needs have been done with professionalism courteousness and an extreme amount of knowledge in their field. I'm currently using them for another product. In my opinion, five stars is not enough have a good rating for this company. I believe they deserve about 8 to 10 stars. To me personally this is a very excellent business. I found out today they have been in business for 30 years. I feel that you cannot be in business for 30 years and either not do an excellent job or you do an extremely crappy job in which case you're no longer in business long before the 30 years has come about. I needed to make "BRIDE SQUAD" labels for wine glasses, and only had 3 hrs to find a place that could create them. David, and the rest of the staff provided great customer service, and assured me they could get it done within my time frame. He even took the extra step and allowed me to see how my labels would look on his computer, and let me feel the material they would be using.
