When I arrived, he had a customer he was working with, but he politely acknowledged b=me and said he would be with me shortly...customer service??? Who does that? Apparently, they do at TechSabe! When he got to my phone and after I explained to him my issue (which he said he remembered my phone call), he told me my choices and what he would do. I left my phone with him and opened it up and took a look. A couple hours later he called to say that my charging area had some slight damage and recommends I replace it, but he did fix it to allow me to be able to charge it until he can order the part. As a small businessman myself its extremely important to have my phone as I have so many clients and made sure of that. When the part arrives, he will call to get it replaced and I will definitely take it back to get it done right. Great service and I personally had a wonderful experience.
