My daughter was there with me, and we were actively using the machines and paying for our laundry. What made the situation worse is that this employee chose to approach my daughter when I was not around instead of addressing me directly. That behavior felt petty and unprofessional, and it created an uncomfortable situation for my daughter. As customers who spend roughly $200 per month there, we expect to be treated with basic respect and courtesy. Because of this interaction, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately, this experience left such a negative impression that I will not be returning.

Near by is food and other stores. I went in the after noon and it was not busy. There were TVs. The machines were working and so were the dryers. The only issue I thought was that it was just a bit narrow. Other than that it was a cool laundry mat.

A pharmacy is also located there as well as asian restaurant, so it pretty much marked off anything one needs while waiting for their clothes to get clean! When you walk in the washers are pretty much to the left and the dryers to the right, so very easy to navigate. What I appreciated is that the washers came in 4 different load sizes to choose from, and you could choose between credit or quarters- so helpful to have that option! The dryers came in several different sizes as well, but only took coins. They do have a change machine onsite. It was a busy place, and all machines were operational and it was very clean. They even had a nice sitting area in the back. I would recommend this place for checking all our boxes!

They have these huge washers that you can wash 8 loads of laundry for like $11!!! That's super cheap! There is an app you can use too. The speed queen app and you upload your laundry money there and every $20 up add you get a free $5 added to your funds. So that's pretty cool. If you don't do the app you can still use quarters (there's no extra $5 with that though. But I highly recommend the app. The woman who works here is super sweet and very helpful. This is my second time here and I love it
