It is tucked away but I did find it. The gentleman was very nice and helped me unload the two boxes from my car for removal/disposal free of charge. He did take my name and address down since there was one monitor/screen, but majority were old desk phones, cords/cables, computer keyboards, surge protectors, and some lab equipment like a pH meter and serological pipet. I was also able to get a receipt for my records and the experience was super easy. Their warehouse looked very organized and clean.

TVs are becoming like cell phones, with the expansive technology, older models keep slowing down. I couldn't immediately find this place because the business is located in an industrial area of Rancho Cordova and I'm not a local resident. But as I drove closer, spotted a bunch of tv's outside the open bay door and pulled into a designated parking spot, figured this must be it! One lady was like speed walk racing me to approach the employee, but of course she had parked first so I wasn't about to waste two extra seconds racing ahead. I actually had time to spare. She was informed that due to policy, there are VERY minimal amounts due, such as for old bulky printers. This lady SCOFFED at the idea of paying 10 bucks. I couldn't contain giggles once she drove away and Colby politely introduced himself and mentioned how many people always seem surprised by these low amounts to hand over antiquated equipment. Money has to be made somewhere, HELLO. Anyways, Colby was a pleasure to interact with and I would highly recommend this place for all stuff not needed from a professional E-waste center. They basically want you to have an…read moreappointment to drop the item or items off (I believe MWF) yet I went on a Thursday, in person around to the back of the building and rang the bell, but I was told they truly do not have Tues/Thursday drop off as one of the websites stated (its outdated). However, Erik answered the bell and took my TV. The problem is there are very few (sometimes 1) employee and thus the frustration when no one answers. It was free for my 43" TV and I was happy to dispose of it. They give you a receipt so you cannot just drop off outside and leave the items. They are connected to https://www.ewaste411.com - I had no problem at all but I can see how others could - next time, I will make an appointment. So of course I am very happy!
