Dishonest and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I took my phone here…read moreafter falling in a pool for 3 seconds. I have an iPhone 12 pro max. FaceID stopped working and there was a little bit of condensation I could see in the cameras so I took it in to have it dried out and looked at. When I received my phone back FaceID still didn't work which was fine because everything else did and I plan on getting the 14 when it is released. Between the shop and my house (20 minutes) a bright line appeared on the screen. I explained this to them and they said "It wouldn't be from the water since the water was gone when it happened." After looking at it again the next day they proceeded to blame me and say "you must have damaged it between leaving here and getting home." Unwilling to accept responsibility they wanted another $209 on top of the $130 I paid for the initial repair. Amazing right? Some other unprofessional notes were not answering their phone for an hour and not operating within business hours forcing me to wait outside in 100 degree heat until someone answered the door when we agreed on a specific drop off time. .
