    Xfinity does not care about their customers and this store is just an amplification of that…read moreresounding message. We have had our payments on autopay for the last 10 years and then all of a sudden they told us the payment failed (and we owed fees and they might shut off our service) through text message! We immediately called our bank and there was no problem on our end. We tried to fix the issue online but kept getting pop up errors and then proceeded to spend over two hours in "chatting" online with customer service, only for them to tell us we would have to drive to a physical store to make a payment because they couldn't help us. We drove 20 minutes to this store and upon entry we saw 6 young employees sitting on their phones, except one who was helping a customer. One employee was so bored he was playing with a kendama, trying to catch and balance it on top of things. The employee who asked us what we needed immediately told us that the issue was probably because "their internet is down". Let that sink in. First of all, THEY ARE THE INTERNET! Second of all, if they go down so much that it becomes their employees default answer to everyone's issues, maybe they are in the wrong business. We explained the issue again and he tried looking up our account, only to tell us he was getting the same pop up as us and the people online and he could not fix the problem. We also tried to make a payment while we were there so that we at least didn't have to worry about that, but they told us they could not do that either and we would have to drive to a different city to a "corporate" store and maybe they could help us. We were so pleased and confident in their abilities that we immediately drove the 45 minutes to the next city and.... JUST KIDDING! We went home because it was obvious they did not care and couldn't help. After 2 hours on the phone, transfers from IT to Billing and more, and getting hung up on THREE different times by their customer service agents, I finally got someone named Phillip who actually seemed to comprehend basic English and maybe even care about his job a little. He told us that something went wrong with the payment and they could not fix it but to go to the store and try paying CASH to see if the issue ultimately resets. We returned to this store, made a cash payment and now have no idea what is going on with our account because we still cannot log in without a pop up. We are currently looking at switching to AT&T because going to a physical store to make a cash payment every month is 2025 is insanity.

She is a star. That stated, her company is much too bureaucratic, complex to deal with, and for the customer ( I HAVE BEEN WITH COMCAST for nearing 10years and loyal) much too frustrating to deal with. Plus the company should be charged for the COUNTLESS HOURS ( now over 60 hours of my time since May) trying to rectify billing problems. Note: there are many reviews from others that state BILLING is a major issue with the company. I tried to stay with them. I tried with Kayla to find solutions to stay with them. I for months have remained a loyal customer. But today I have decided to pay them ( and stop wasting my time driving over 20 miles back and forth) to rectify these issues. Sadly, I can not reach Kayla by phone so on Monday I will go to the office and pay them off and be done with XFINITY internet and entertainment services. ( I gave up on mobile because of billing issues too in May). I want to thank KAYLA for going through so much frustration and acting professional even when I was heated with frustration. She is the 'GO TO" manager if you have a problem. She cares, it shows. Now, I will go to VERIZON ( who note, COMCAST uses VERIZON lines/towers) and have changed my services over to business services saving my self 20 dollars a month on business lines vs residential .

    Excited to watch the final episode of the latest season of Love Island, my and I were highly…read moredisappointed when we received an error message on our Xfinity cable box. Thankfully, we have an Xfinity store in close proximity to our home; therefore, when my wife called Xfinity to do some troubleshooting, they advised us to bring the box and remote into the store. Upon arrival, we observed a very busy store with patrons receiving personalized customer service (the store is organized in a way in which staff do not have to stand stationary behind a counter). Once he finished serving an employee, a customer service representative by the name of Asiel summoned and greeted us. We handed over the defective hardware and Asiel informed us that we had the latest model; therefore, the replacement would be identical (unfortunately they were sold out of the 4k box that he tried to obtain for us). After providing us with the new box (plus an extra remote), he mentioned some potential savings that we could receive if we switched from T-Mobile to Xfinity wireless. Although it was a pretty good deal (Xfinity wireless uses Verizon's towers), it could not compete with our T-Mobile plan that includes free and discounted movie streaming platforms (i.e., Hulu, Apple TV, and Netflix). Once Xfinity Wireless develops a plan that includes movie streaming services (currently they only have Peacock), we will entertain the thought of switching over. Once we arrived at our home; we installed the new box, sat through a few system updates, and were able to resume Love Island...thank you Xfinity Elk Grove!

The phone tree is ridiculously loaded with the most useless options and you cannot opt out and speak to a live person. If you do happen to talk to an agent all they want to do is upsell you. They have little interest in assisting you with your actual questions. I've been with these guys for over 20 years and they used to be great. Might as well be back on AOL dial up 1200baud modem. My search starts for a replacement!
