    Computer Brokers were really helpful with fixing my computer issue. They were fast, and even gave me a discount. I'd recommend them!

So we tried to solve that issue only to be told that the UNLOCKED PAID PHONE I brought with me was stolen. UMMMM OK. I showed them proof that it was paid I full and they said it was black listed. But 5 minutes prior to doing that they had activated it and it working. I was getting more and more annoyed by the minute but it wasn't the reps working there. They had to out source and call to do anything becuase xfinity apparently can't do anything correctly like even provide decent cell phone or internet service. After I left the store I called customer service and was told that my phone wasn't reported stolen, but it wasn't compatible with Xfinity. So ..... I took by business to T-Mobile and they were able to help me instantly without a problem. I'm about to switch all 5 lines to T-mobile. I only gave 2 stars because the girl that helped me was really sweet and I feel bad she and to work for such a shorty company.

NOPE AND NO WAY TO CONTACT ANYONE! I am having surgery tomorrow morning and did I mention we have a special needs son who relies on his IPad . DISAPPOINTING! After nearly 2 weeks trying to resolve a serious problem with my billing due to Xfinity "accidentally" wiped out all of my history and changed my bill to $70 more than I was supposed to pay. Although some of the regular staff tried to resolve the problem, Jay was the only store manager who actually helped get it resolved. He was professional, listened to my frustrations, and ultimately got the issue resolved. Thank you, Jay!

    Scammers. I went into the Xfinity store to exchange a WiFi extender that's still working but…read moremaking a loud noise and getting dangerously hot. I explained that clearly and asked for a replacement. The first employee with a tablet was completely unhelpful and basically said "nope, we can't do that", then wasted my time taking my info and sending me to someone more useless employee. The second employee had the same useless attitude and confidently told me I "have to buy a new one," we don't exchange them, as if they were sure of the policy. well, I when home and called Xfinity's 800 number, and they said it was no issue at all; they're sending me a replacement. So, this store either doesn't know Xfinity's own policy or they're pushing customers to spend money they don't need to. Either way, the employees' attitude and lack of basic help was ridiculous. Avoid this location if you want accurate information or decent service. They are scammers.

She is a star. That stated, her company is much too bureaucratic, complex to deal with, and for the customer ( I HAVE BEEN WITH COMCAST for nearing 10years and loyal) much too frustrating to deal with. Plus the company should be charged for the COUNTLESS HOURS ( now over 60 hours of my time since May) trying to rectify billing problems. Note: there are many reviews from others that state BILLING is a major issue with the company. I tried to stay with them. I tried with Kayla to find solutions to stay with them. I for months have remained a loyal customer. But today I have decided to pay them ( and stop wasting my time driving over 20 miles back and forth) to rectify these issues. Sadly, I can not reach Kayla by phone so on Monday I will go to the office and pay them off and be done with XFINITY internet and entertainment services. ( I gave up on mobile because of billing issues too in May). I want to thank KAYLA for going through so much frustration and acting professional even when I was heated with frustration. She is the 'GO TO" manager if you have a problem. She cares, it shows. Now, I will go to VERIZON ( who note, COMCAST uses VERIZON lines/towers) and have changed my services over to business services saving my self 20 dollars a month on business lines vs residential .
