My computer fell victim to the infamous Black Screen. All my attempts to clear it failed. I took my computer to Titan on Thursday and told Milo about my efforts. I expected to pick up my computer the following week. Nope, Milo gave me a call that afternoon telling me my computer was ready for pickup. TRUE PROS!!!! Doug and Milo are the best!!! I went to another computer tech shop here in Sonora. Needless to say I had to come to Titan after to fix what they couldn't! First thing Doug had me do was place my computer on the counter. I informed Doug I had someone remote accessing my computer. He said well let's get down to it and find any programs related to this. In about 45 seconds he found four hidden in the program files. Milo then came over and off the top of his head named a few more. As opposed to giving me some BS " Oh we'll fix it " answer and not fixing it!!!!! They showed me in real time what they found. They kept it overnight to let it run. Both men were helpful and informative in educating my husband and I. We felt they genuinely cared about us and in preventing a similar situation from happening again. I needed a fix for my older MAC laptop...2 keys not working. Milo was there and went into detail about the issue of trying to fix this problem...opened up my laptop and showed me various things. After that he found a way to trouble shoot my problem, at least for opening it up to use it...once it is open, I can type 2 letters not broken and find what i need...spent a half hour with me...he was warm and friendly. ** Titan Technology has been my go to, for years. Always HAD been impressed. NOT Anymore!!! Needed help getting my computer and my iPad set up. Asked for tech service in my home. Tech worked on Items, said everything would be working when download was finished. He handed me a bill for $290.00!!! When down load was finished, THE COMPUTER AND IPAD WERE STILL NOT working! Called the shop, spoke to Doug( not very helpful this time, referred me back to the tech.) The guy comes out again, works on both, leaves, and THEY'RE STILL NOT WORKING!! called the shop again, I offered to have my devices brought in to them. Left them to be worked on. Just picking them up today. Not sure yet, if they're good to go. WHAT HAPPENED?? So I paid for home-repairs, almost $300 (just before Christmas! ) And my devices STILL HAD TO GO INTO THE SHOP!!! I am a semi-retired surgeon and need a working computer for CT scans, medical records, surgical procedure videos and of course, the everyday stuff we all love. Milo and D. and Doug have always come through, not just "fixing" things but helping me keep a simple Windows 8 program which I understood well when Microsoft attacked me by inserting Windows 10 which was a disaster. They erased it and have always been very competent and fast and fair in their charges. Not many do this work anywhere, but to have them here in Sonora is fortunate. read more

When I couldn't figure out how to transfer some files Doug fixed it remotely so I didn't have to bring everything back to the shop. My 2009 Dell laptop was infuriatingly slow, and continuously locked up. I took it to Milo at Titan, thinking I would need to scrap it, although I didn't want to buy another computer. He was able to clone the hard drive, replace the drive with a more efficient one, and restore all of my settings for WAY less than a new laptop would have cost me. Fast, courteous service.
