I just didn't notice. I heard him yelling when I got out, but thought he was arguing with a customer or something.. like, way to much energy over a parking spot. Anyway, Dude tracked me down at the thrift store next door but instead of talking to me; he screamed at the little old lady behind the counter about her customers. So realizing he's taking about me now, I felt bad for the lady and I went out to just leave, and he kept going... he just kept shouting out his doorway. like dude.. I'm happy to move.. but you're at a 10 and this situation demands a 2 or 3 at best.

Ralph figured out the problem, showed the the fan with the clogged outflow vents and the hardened thermal paste on the heat exchanger. He fixed those and kept checking to make sure there weren't other problems as well. He showed me that the old hard drive still could be visible intermittently and coached me on the case to get for the drive and how to get data off. I was able to get all my data off following his directions. I really appreciate Ralph's knowledge, experience, and the care in his hands as he works on the computer. I learned a lot and will take better care of my computer with that knowledge. Thanks!

Therefore, this process is usually super stressful even when everything goes right. I usually have help in choosing a new computer but this time I did it myself and managed to buy a slower computer than the one I had. David who had come to do the onsite migration alerted me to this and so began the return process with Lenovo and he helped me find and order another more current laptop within my price range same day. WOW. This kind of care and service isn't found often. We knew he needed to return when the new laptop arrived, and he wasn't even going to charge me for a lot of the time he was at my home! David is super knowledgeable, confident, a great communicator, low key and gets things done. There aren't that many people with David's tech skills and patience so if you need help I would highly recommend giving him a call. I my view he's a lifesaver but he's so humble I know he would say I'm going too far but no. I'm not. He's a lifesaver.

This guy was great, he put a new hard drive, new operating system. Took out all the garbage that accumulated in it, and I had it back the next day.
