    I came into the Sonora store because my phone was having an intermittent issue. I explained that…read morethe problem comes and goes. The two employees working told me that unless they could replicate the issue right there in the store, they couldn't help. They suggested I go home, get my Apple charger and Apple earphones, and bring everything back to demonstrate the problem. When I asked whether they didn't believe me, the young man repeated, "If we can't replicate the issue, we can't help you." Since I pay for full insurance on the device, I expected some troubleshooting or at least guidance, but there was none. Later that afternoon, I called Verizon's customer service line and explained the situation again. I was transferred several times and had to repeat the issue with each person until I reached Verizon technical support. They identified the problem immediately and told me it would get worse, saying, "It just happens sometimes." They approved a replacement on the spot. Even with full insurance, the replacement cost $90, and when UPS delivered the device there was another $33 charge. I also learned that the insurance isn't handled by Verizon at all--it's Asurion--so you have to file a claim directly with them. I had hoped the in-store experience was an isolated situation, but after reading the reviews, it's clear it isn't. I'm sharing this so the store can improve training on how to handle intermittent device issues and better support customers who are already paying for protection. It would also help if the insurance coverage and actual costs were fully explained when people purchase their phones. If everything must be handled over the phone or online, then the store functions only as a sales location, not a service one.

I had damaged the display on my MacBook Pro so badly that I was not able to use it. I was able to drop off my computer to him on Sunday, the same day I called. Bob ordered and installed a new retina display and got it working great. Since my laptop was over 3 years old, I decided to have him put in a new battery as well. He did a flawless job. My 2017 MacBook Pro has new life breathed into it now.

I can usually walk myself through this type of craziness but I could not get it back online. I called this company to see if he could look at it and price what it would cost to get this problem solved. I need a computer for my business and I was dead in the water. This company was amazing, not only was I working with a old operating system windows 7, I have security on it and he found some malware and spyware and a Trojan. I pay yearly to have a secure system and it still got through my firewall because my system was not being supported by Microsoft any longer. This guy was great, he put a new hard drive, new operating system. Took out all the garbage that accumulated in it, and I had it back the next day. He's awesome, very fast and explains everything before hand. If you need computer work, or diagnoses, or upgrade he's the guy. He's not very far and does it from his home. He also can check yours remotely if needed.

I came in time but they didn't even take a look at my phone or information about the case. The 1st thing said that they are closing and cant do anything today. So what is the point of offering the appointment when you already know you closing and cant even take a quick look at it or providing any information or fixing solution. All they do is kicking me out of the store and blaming that samsung didnt send them the claim and they are closing. They didnt even ask me what is wrong with my phone or check on my phone or even look at it. They just try to kick me out or having me to approve for them to open the phone completely just to get the options to fix and getting a quote. Then, charging me for labor to make sure they make profit up front. Never come back again

That part I didn't like due to ME being the main Acc. Holder. I had to go through the process of canceling something that I never agreed to. Besides that the phone is fine.

My grandparents and I went…read morein to switch from AT&T, and the manager's ( John ) behavior was completely unacceptable. He was openly rude, bluntly disrespectful, and actually raised his voice at all of us. Instead of helping us through the process, he kept telling us we couldn't switch, offering no clear explanation and showing zero patience. It was especially upsetting to see him speak to my grandparents that way. To make matters worse, when we came back the next morning to fix the mistake he caused during the switch, he was still rude and dismissive instead of taking accountability and resolving the issue professionally. Switching phone service can already be stressful. Being yelled at and disrespected on top of it is not okay. Customer service -- especially from a manager -- should involve patience, clear communication, and basic respect. This experience was the complete opposite. I hope this location seriously reevaluates how customers are treated.

How they scam people is they tell people to take the router home and verify the signal is operable. Many locations by T mobile are poor or no signal at all. So I did the free trial and returned the router to the state as agreed if the signal wasn't comparable to Verizon. So they misrepresented to me the program and then instead of a full zero bill the let the bill go to T-Mobile as if I signed up for a complete system including phone service which is what the trial is about. They're staff told me there no obligation and there will no bill and no charge for the trial. I did this same trial 2 years ago to tried to do business with our local T mobile and it failed signal then as well but it didn't have the scam tried on me then. This time their staff lied to my face and then when I talked with the manager those employees had been terminated and she would have to make me come into the store to nullify the bill. Now mind you when I returned the router from the trial period which I used 8"7 days of the free 15 day trial and did exactly as the staff informed me to do. To my surprise even though I have a paid in full trial with no balance on their own letterhead the manager denied any responsibility. she refused to credit the bill from T mobile. This is a real live scam from our Sonora area which you would think T moble wouldn't want public reports like this to get out in this small community. Not So! They don't even care, zero integrity, DONT DO BUSINESS THERE!! You will be disappointed and dissatisfied. I'm a true loyal Verizon customer but gave them an opportunity to earn my business and the free iPhone 16/ free iPad, / free watch is a total scam, don't fall for it!!! I'm sure with my experience with them turned out so dishonest that the word will get out and they will fail soon anyway. You can tell when you're in the store things are not kosher, you can feel the bad vibes. I can't even believe that a business with this open front retail store would even consider scamming as a legit store. Poeple are wise these days of all the scams out there but you would mostly see them on line or on your phone. Not anymore!! They have come to a new level, very sad, Sonora is a great community and you would just expect more out of them than a total fraud.
