I walked in and Derek was able to assist at that time, repairing a iPhone 10 cracked screen. He was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He said it would be about an hour, I left the phone with him and went to lunch and returned 15 min early. I highly recommend this business if you have a phone issue or need repair. Derek is very knowledgeable and provides great customer service. I went hear after getting water in my phone. He took the time to show me what happens to the components and made great attempts to see what he could do to avoid me having to purchase a new phone. He worked on it right away and in the end told me it wasn't worth fixing it. After going to the at&t store, I came back to him to thank him and he gave me a loaner phone since at&t would only send me a phone in the mail in a day or two. After installing a faulty battery, on my own, and snapping a couple of cables I turned to Phonesmart. I dropped my phone off as a non functioning phone, without knowing any of the why. Derrick started diagnosing what was wrong and found that I had snapped the cables, the battery was defective and a couple other minor problems.
