First thing Doug had me do was place my computer on the counter. I informed Doug I had someone remote accessing my computer. He said well let's get down to it and find any programs related to this. In about 45 seconds he found four hidden in the program files. Milo then came over and off the top of his head named a few more. As opposed to giving me some BS " Oh we'll fix it " answer and not fixing it!!!!! They showed me in real time what they found. They kept it overnight to let it run. Therefore, this process is usually super stressful even when everything goes right. I usually have help in choosing a new computer but this time I did it myself and managed to buy a slower computer than the one I had. David who had come to do the onsite migration alerted me to this and so began the return process with Lenovo and he helped me find and order another more current laptop within my price range same day. WOW. This kind of care and service isn't found often. We knew he needed to return when the new laptop arrived, and he wasn't even going to charge me for a lot of the time he was at my home! David is super knowledgeable, confident, a great communicator, low key and gets things done. There aren't that many people with David's tech skills and patience so if you need help I would highly recommend giving him a call. Cost three times as much as any other place in Modesto for a simple screen protector. The one I had…read morepreviously cracked, the place in the valley changed it for $10 and it fit perfectly. When that screen protector cracked, I took it to re-phone in Sonora. Was charged about $30 for the replacement and it does not fit tightly and has multiple air bubbles. When I took it back for the bubbles, I was told it was due to the case. However, the previous screen protectors fit flawlessly at a third of the price. Save your money and take a trip to the valley for your phone needs.
