Tricky situation but had to get all the locks changed quickly in an elderly person's house. All the locks were various brands and ages and finishes so that another locksmith even turned us down. Not Service Pro - they called multiple times to let us know the arrival time, showed up early, were not intimidated by the job, even went to the store to buy more lock sets to coordinate with the current ones. They didn't change locks that didn't need to be, so saved us money. When the whole job was finished, we went from 6 different keys (for an elderly person to keep track of!) to ONE key for a totally reasonable prixe. Then after 2mins of looking at my lock told me that he had to break my door lock by drilling thru it. I was expecting something around $350 just to drill a hole on my lock to break it. It was a 5min job but he charged me initially $525 and ended up $500. I was expecting the fee included installing my new lock so I can lock my home. He said its another $125 to install my old lock. I declined the install and did it myself. Tech insisted to vacuum all the debris from the drilling on my floor. I gave them 2 stars because they arrived quickly. But for a 5min job of drilling thru my smart lock $500 is a rip-off. I could by a drill at home depot and do the work for $120 only to do the same work tech performed.
