Another customer had already been waiting an hour to get her fingerprints taken (she also had an appointment). No sign on the door. Phone number only rings to the business phone. I finally emailed her and she confirmed that she was closed for the day. Completely wasted my day and now I have to find another company to approve my I-9. I strongly recommend avoiding this business. No excuse for not calling/emailing appointments to let us know the business is closed. Or at least put a sign on your door. ---In response to Nattilee's comment below: The Hospice office which shares the same building says this isn't the first time you've left customer's hanging. I don't believe you when you say you had no way to cancel the appointment on your end. Just because you don't have my information doesn't mean you (as I said earlier) can't hang a sign on your door letting your customer's know you won't be open. You can also have your store number forward to your own cell or home number so that when people call they can find out what's going on. OR you can even change your voicemail message on your business phone to let people know that you won't be open. Making it so that I had to track you down to find out what was going on is unacceptable. Anything you say to the contrary, other than "Your right and I'm sorry, I'll do better next time." is just an excuse on your end for being lazy. As I said in my email to you - I have no idea how you're still in business.

Exceptional customer service from Jessica, the manager, and her team at Staples in Jackson!…read more Several months after having original illustrations scanned there, I realized I had accidentally left one behind. I had since moved to another city and assumed there was little chance it would still be there. Amazingly, when I called more than 3 1/2 months later, they had kept my artwork safely stored in a padded portfolio the entire time, hoping I would return for it. Jessica and her team then went even further, getting my new address, scanning the artwork for me, and carefully mailing the original with multiple layers of cardboard to ensure it arrived safely. Their kindness, care, and follow-through were truly above and beyond. This artwork is incredibly meaningful to me, and the fact that they protected it for months and made sure it got back to me meant so much. Thank you, Jessica and team!

I've had repeated frustrating experiences at this Staples location. The staff consistently pressure…read morecustomers to sign up for Easy Rewards, but when you actually earn enough points to redeem them, the attitude changes. During my most recent visit, Nate told me that redeeming my rewards was "basically stealing from them" because the store doesn't receive credit for sales paid with reward points. That comment was both unprofessional and inappropriate. I've also been given what seem to be arbitrary restrictions that either aren't clearly communicated or don't align with the program, such as no price matching when using rewards, only one tech item per day, or only being allowed to redeem rewards Monday through Friday. I've been patient and overlooked these issues for a long time, but this pattern of inconsistent policies and poor customer service has become too much to ignore. Customers shouldn't be discouraged or made to feel guilty for using the rewards they've legitimately earned. I will be reporting my experience to Staples corporate in the hope that these concerns are addressed.
