If there was a zero rating I would pick it. There's a heavy blonde woman who wears a sparkly mask that was so rude I can't even quests why anyone would have her as an employee. She might be the shop owner but either way total disappointment. Never go there , there are much better prices and treatment near there. I had a Fed-Ex return to Lego today. I accidentally took off the bottom of the pre-printed label deleting the "important" information. If I could give no star. Shipped an electronic device to Alberta Canada and they quoted for $300 using fedex. 10 days later fedex sent another bill for $150. How in the heck this even happens? If I knew it's gonna cost me $450, I'd buy a new device in Canada. read more

Went in there to have an item notarized. The were three clerks and only one person in the store. They asked me to take a seat so I did. 15 minutes later I went back up to the front where the clerks were and asked if they planned on getting to me. They said we will be with you. No explanation of why the wait so I left. My bank did it for free. In today's economy I would expect a little better costumer service in an empty store. It's small town and words gets round fast when you don't care about your customers. read more

I miss the old owners. The new ones will not go out of their way to help you with ANYTHING! They use to take your passport picture AND print out the forms to send in for you. I went to do this again and they offered the pictures but said you could only get the forms to fill out from County of records or something. When indeed you just go to the passport website, easily click a button and they print. Thankfully my friend let me use her printer to do so. I just know they will probably do the bare minimum for anyone else. They just didn't want to take their time to help me. read more

I've been doing business, both personal (convenient location) and professional (my boss has a contract with them), for 3 years. I feel like about 2 years ago everyone there stopped caring. I use them regularly and only about 40% of the time is my order correct. They don't reply to my emails consistently and now they've lost a package because it was improperly managed and won't own up to it. It seems in Sonora incompetence is sometimes mistaken for small town charm. I'm fed up. read more

Copied from my grandmother: My husband left a document of 5 pages to be retyped at PAC-N-COPY in The Junction in Sonora. He took it in approximately 1 1/2 weeks ago to be retyped. They told him at that time they could not get to it until Mon. or Tues., and this was Friday. There would be a charge of 5.50. He agreed to have it done and left it..On the following Tues he went in to pick it up. They informed him that they had no record of him leaving it there and they could not find it.The woman told him she would call him if she found it. The next day she called and said she had found it. He agreed to pick it up on Thurs. When he got there it was ready. She told him it would be 15.00. He said I was quoted 5.50. They called the manager because my husband had been quoted 5.50. She was very argumentive and rude and when he proceeded to tell her he was quoted 5.50 she said it was more work than they thought it would be. When my husband said you quoted me a price.and that is what I expected to pay. She had documents in her hand and threw them down on counter and this is when my husband said he would never have anymore work done there. They had some exchange of unpleasant words and she stated she did not care if he ever came back. He paid the 15.00 and left. read more

Everything from sending important documents that need tracking to returning purchased items to shipping gifts and purchases - I've never had a single problem with them. They're friendly and competent - they're able to immediately compare the costs of the various shippers so that you can save money. And they take and recycle used cardboard boxes. I love this place! The staff are super helpful and cheerful all the time which is a HUGE break from dealing with the disgruntled post office employees downtown. They have stationary and everything for your mailing needs (USPS/FedEx/UPS) and unlike the post office, who will make you buy a roll of tape when you only need one piece, they'll tape your package for you and try to save you money where you can. I never go to the downtown post office anymore! read more
