John recreated my factory orginal striping on my boat and it came out better than the factory made them. He was quick, more than fair and produced a product that far exceeded my expectations. In an effort to minimize waste, he duplicated some of the vinyl, which I did not ask for. For example, he was generous enough to print two sets of CF numbers, which I plan to use when I get my 2022 registration stickers. This will allow me to remove the registration stickers and CF numbers and align all new stickers as desired. I placed an order with the sign company for sweatshirts to be printed. I had a specific brand of apparel I had wanted. I asked if they could provide these shirts. They stated they could but it would be cheaper for me to set up a whole sale with the company to order the shirts and then they could print them for me. I was fine with that placed the order dropped off the apparel, stated in the email what we wanted done and that we were going to drop off the apparel even though 6 shirts were placed on backorder. I would have those done when they came in in 2 weeks. The first order turned out great. Once my back order shirts arrived I dropped them off and said here are the remaining shirts please print the same. Today we picked up the sweat shirts and the owner told my husband next time something is on back order to let him know and he wont have to recharge me set up. Also he asked if the shirts were correct because they were not exactly sure what we had wanted. I called and spoke to the owner and stated that the shirts were not printed the same and they stated that they thought they had done it right but the person who printed my first shipment is no longer working there so they went with what they thought was right. I question why they didn't call and ask me if they were not sure how they needed to be done. He did not have an answer for me. They offered to print more for free but I now have to spend more money to order the new apparel as they did not provide the apparel so they will not cover the cost of the apparel. My concern is why should I have to pay for their mistake. They stated that is their policy if they do not stock the apparel and they could not afford to cover the cost of the apparel. My feeling is how could you not? Now you are not only going to loose out on my future business, but my husbands company as well. In our community it does not pay to not take care of your clients and when you make a mistake own up to it. Not just half of it, but all of it. It's unfortunate that we will have to take our printing needs out of the county. read more
