The team came out, quickly diagnosed the issue, and repaired it efficiently. It' seems to be working well again, which is such a relief. I don't have a lot of experience with appliance repair, so I can't say for certain how the cost compares to market rates, but it seemed reasonable for the work done. It's always a tough call deciding whether to repair or replace when the cost is a significant portion of a new machine--but overall, I'm glad we chose to repair.
