I called Charles and, while he does have some used laptop chargers for sale, he didn't have one that worked for mine. But he did walk me through what would work for my laptop which allowed me to pick up a charger at a store in Sonora. Charles was very patient with me, answering my questions and alleviating my concerns with using a different charger.

I was going to the thrift store next door and accidentally parked in one of their further away spots, truly by accident. They are marked with like, something close to a lawn signs.. I just didn't notice. I heard him yelling when I got out, but thought he was arguing with a customer or something.. like, way to much energy over a parking spot. Anyway, Dude tracked me down at the thrift store next door but instead of talking to me; he screamed at the little old lady behind the counter about her customers. So realizing he's taking about me now, I felt bad for the lady and I went out to just leave, and he kept going... he just kept shouting out his doorway. like dude.. Ralph figured out the problem, showed the the fan with the clogged outflow vents and the hardened thermal paste on the heat exchanger. He fixed those and kept checking to make sure there weren't other problems as well. He showed me that the old hard drive still could be visible intermittently and coached me on the case to get for the drive and how to get data off. I was able to get all my data off following his directions. I really appreciate Ralph's knowledge, experience, and the care in his hands as he works on the computer.
