I called Charles and, while he does have some used laptop chargers for sale, he didn't have one that worked for mine. But he did walk me through what would work for my laptop which allowed me to pick up a charger at a store in Sonora. Charles was very patient with me, answering my questions and alleviating my concerns with using a different charger.

As opposed to giving me some BS " Oh we'll fix it " answer and not fixing it!!!!! They showed me in real time what they found. They kept it overnight to let it run.
