Basically, when it comes to representing what I do in an easily accessible visual/tangible medium that has nothing to do with 1's and 0's, I call upon Andy and he makes magic happen. And, it is magic. This poor guy has had to deal with vague requests. Last-minute requests. 1235867 changes/edits to a request. Never has he been exasperated, snippy or in the least bit rude. Never. If he can exude this kind of calm professionalism in the face of Hurricane Johnny T and Yelp Needs (it's my band), he can handle anything. And, he does. I would wholeheartedly endorse HD and Andy for all of your printing/graphic needs. The rates are extremely competitive, the work is always top-notch and the level of service will shock you with how accommodating, patient and telepathic it is. Lots of little design elements, a to-be-perforated rsvp card for the guests to tear out and send back. . . not to mention, the very creative and skilled fiance did everything in Corel, a program apparently no one uses. After being denied by another local printer, we found HD, and we are so glad we did! Not only did Andy have no problem at all with the Corel, but Damien even perforated the invites for us- at no extra charge. They were both so, so friendly and more importantly, did a great job. The turn around isn't as fast as say a Fedex Office, however the quality is 100X better and worth the wait. The cost is also a little more expensive, but like I said the final product is always perfect. Urban also sends out emails with great deals, such as half off and discounted projects. If you have the opportunity to work with Scott give him a try, he seems to know exactly what I want my final product to be.

After numerous run around calls. He says he sent it to the wrong customer. Pretty big oops if you ask me. He also sounded. Spaced out if I had to put it into words. It was the middle of the working day. Not sure. Many employees there sound very much like him. I would be careful with your money around this company. I'm posting this anonymously because this company has a reputation of raising prices on difficult customers. Which is why my buddy who referred me pays much less than I do for hosting. Very shady business practices where prices change depending on who you are.
