I needed a new office chair so I thought I'd check Office Depot out!…read more The store was clean and and pretty well organized. The parking lot here is huge which is so helpful when lugging something large out to your car. There were representatives walking around but no one asked us if we needed any help. They actually have a huge selection of office chairs. It was bit overwhelming but I was glad I had a lot of options to choose from. I was going to order one online but I needed to physically come in and try it out because I'm picky with chairs. I bought a black leather one for $189 that I liked! I was so glad I had my husband with me that day because the chair box was large and heavy and he was able to kindly carry it for me. Again, no one popped over to ask us if they could assist, even with the bulky box which I thought was odd. The cashier was friendly and the checkout process was quick. Our experience here overall was fine but could have been better if we had some touch point of conversation with an employee throughout the selection process.

#59 of 2017 Needed…read moreto get illustrations printed to display at the convention show. I needed a professional job. I needed a shop specializing in graphic design that understood the production process on our end without knowing our industry. When I walked in here I was overwhelmed with the old retro elements like a mimeograph, type set machines, beaten and worn solid wood furniture from the turn of the century. I felt I was more in a museum than a print shop. I got the warm fuzzies, and that's good. David was able to help us to 100% satisfaction. He understood our concerns and needs. He also explained we could use another type of paper he carries to improve our product quality. And the price was very competitive to what I've paid. When I saw the final product I was very pleased. So glad to find someone knowledgable, customer friendly and could take care of our rush job in the 2hour time limit. What ever your printing project is don't mess around. Talk to David to get straight shot answers. Get the job done right with the people who have learned from the past to better provide the needs of today and lead the way to new technologies tomorrow.
