For some weird reason the Etsy 11x14 files did not fit to scale, but the employees here were really patient and helpful with getting the correct file size and making edits to make sure it fit. They are quick to respond and had my prints ready in two days with beautiful quality. Customer service is superb, and in addition, their pricing is AMAZING!! Three 11x14 prints only cost me less than $25!!! Whereas FedEx was going to charge $20 EACH. The shop is on the corner street with a big parking lot so plenty of space, you won't have trouble finding parking. I would 10000% recommend coming here for your print needs. You can call ahead to get pricing quotes and any questions, they're so so so friendly and helpful. Thank you, Maximum Printing!

Lorie, the woman I interacted with, was highly professional and knowledgeable, and quoted me a fair price quickly. The execution on the print was flawless and customer service was prompt and friendly. These guys clearly know what they're doing. The only small gripe was that upon pick up, I walked into the store and nobody was wearing a mask. I guess I don't care that much given I was just vaccinated, but it was a little bit shocking to see. No masks in sight, no effort to cover up, nothing to see here guys. Doesn't impact the quality of the print, which I thought was perfect, or the overall customer service, which was great. Just thought I would note for the Yelp community. We will absolutely come back if we have more print jobs.

Because of time constraints, I was looking for local print shops in Chicago to save me some time making niche trading cards instead of traditional business cards, and I needed A LOT printed. Many shops either ghosted me, or gave a quote that was too expensive for my budget, so I was frantically looking for as many as I could. I found InoPrints, which was ranked No. 1 in the search results, so I decided to request a quote at around 11PM. And let me tell you, they came in CLUTCH. To my surprise, Jovim responded fairly quickly that evening! For the next couple days we were exchanging e-mails back and forth. Jovim was very polite, accommodating and direct on what needed revisions on my card designs, and provided valuable feedback, especially since this was my first time getting my own designs through a print production and there were a lot of things I didn't factor in. So I appreciated his patience as I was trying to do a lot of fixes on my part! Everything was done within the same week: the quote, the production, and delivery were pretty quick. My only concern was the delivery service InoPrints used, which was Roady (I know this part is beyond our control, but the package was delivered to the right address, but the wrong building, and I almost got a heart attack. WHOOPS!) But when I saw the final product in my hands, I was very impressed by the professional quality and material! Can't argue with the price I paid either, because ~$0.44 per card of THIS QUALITY is amazing. I'm just really glad that I found a shop that was quick, reliable, and able to accommodate something very niche like original/custom trading cards. I will definitely tell my friends who like to make DIY projects about you guys! Thank you!
