An unproductive conversation ensued. References made to current discounting adverts listed on the website were dismissed as 'former promotions' that were strangely lacking expiration dates. How could a promotion end without a website revision or an indication anywhere of an expiration date? I was then requested to send a photo of the website to the unsolicited caller to verify the advert I had and was currently seeing. I complied and was told that what was advertised wasn't currently on offer, yet no effort seemingly made to honor the promotion offered on the website that we both were, by then, seeing. Deciding to side with my lying eyes over the lying, duplicitous, prevaricating voice on the phone, I promptly ended the call mid-conversation and decided to phone another tinting installer. Hopefully, this review gives reason for others to do the same.

I had scheduled the windshield tint on my tesla app which I paid for the service thru them and I told the person at the counter, which he tried to bill me additional to tesla. After the work is done which was 45 min. I received no warranty info on the work. He gave me my keys and no paperwork at all. I find that very odd. The work itself is great. The front office was a bit weird for me. Would I come back for other work. I am not sure.

I was impressed by Ross's product knowledge as well as his research into the various alternatives 'shields' that were advertised. So who 'shields' a Honda Fit? Well, it became clear during only 1 months driving on suburban streets and highways roads that the sloped front hood, lower air dam, and side mirrors would look like the moon's crater in a matter of months- and I didn't want that look for a new vehicle that I planned of keeping for several years- so I called Ross. I was impressed by the installation by the technician (Strapp) and his attention to detail as well as his professional attitude and politeness. Once the 'shield' was installed I didn't even notice it on my car. The coverage was comprehensive and the transparency of the film/shielding material allowed the smooth finish of my paint to shine through. I seriously didn't think it was done until I looked closely.
