Pablo's sent us a very detailed quote and his price was fair. He gave us an estimate of 6-8 weeks. His crews showed up on time and worked full days, everyday. His crews were polite and worked well together. Pablo was on site every day to check in with us and go over the work and any questions we had. We appreciated the clear communication. He quickly addressed any concerns we had. Pablo and his crews thoroughly followed the architects plans. Our yard was a really big project and even with a few delays with materials arriving our yard was completed in 8 weeks! Our backyard turned out just as we had hoped. It is beautiful!

We recently completed a major backyard renovation with Seamless Construction, and we couldn't be…read morehappier with both the finished product and the experience from start to finish. A huge part of that was working with James. From day one, he was incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and patient. He took the time to explain every step of the project, answer our many questions, and make sure we understood exactly what to expect. His planning and communication were exceptional, and he consistently followed through on the dates and times he promised. What impressed us most was how involved he remained throughout the entire project. James was continually on-site checking the quality of the work, making sure everything was done correctly, and proactively addressing anything that came up. Even on his days off, he would call or stop by just to reassure us or explain something we were unsure about. That level of care and availability is incredibly rare. One thing that really demonstrated Seamless Construction's commitment to customer service happened after the project was completed. We noticed that some of the turf edges weren't holding down as securely as they should because the original nails weren't sufficient. As soon as we reached out, James responded immediately. He returned with his foreman, reinforced the edges, and resolved the issue quickly and without hesitation. It's easy for a company to provide good service while a project is underway, but it's the way they respond after they've been paid that truly speaks to their integrity. Seamless Construction absolutely delivered. If you're looking for a contractor who communicates well, pays attention to the details, stands behind their work, and genuinely cares about their customers, I highly recommend Seamless Construction--and especially James. We've included photos of our finished project and one of before because we're so happy with how it turned out. Thank you, James and the entire Seamless Construction team, for making what could have been a stressful project such a positive experience!

I DEFINITELY CANNOT RECOMMEND PREMIER BUILDERS TO ANYONE! THIS HAS TO BE THE MOST UNPLEASANT AND…read moreHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD DEALING WITH A BUSINESS/OWNER. TLDR: I signed a contract for a project. Owner requested a deposit that was well above the max limit (10% of project cost or $1000, whichever is the least). I provided a deposit not knowing any of this. I terminated the agreement well before the owner and company set foot on my property. I repeat, NO WORK WAS ACTUALLY DONE! I requested a full refund based on agreements made through emails. Owner can't be bothered and hardly responds unless you escalate things to BBB, CSLB, or through Bond Insurance Claims. AND here we are today... On paper (yelp profile and company website) the owner is all lip service: "Built with integrity, high standards - 100 percent satisfaction guaranteed!" GTFOH with that! When he isn't busy posting personal IG stories of him getting surgery, covid, meal preps, or OOTD on his company's IG account, then he'll make some effort to mansplain how customer service works and how his non-registered salesman is providing me an education lesson of some sort. The owner really wanted me to believe he was also charging me for DESIGN WORK! TF, really? I provided my own illustration and design with my own design software. I provided annotations and inspo images to the non-registered salesman. The project was based off of my actual design work that I provided. AND you're going to say you provided me with a design? If anything, it was collaborative where I provided a design and ideas and your team fetched and updated quotes, BUT oh yah, you guys are the educators. Bruh, like I get that it's an inconvenience to you that I'm actually doing my own homework comparing apples to apples and oranges to oranges. I get that less questions are better for you. Say less, right? All I'm trying to say is, if you want to charge me for "customer service" and "education lessons", state it upfront in your contract and not after everything is signed. No one on your side has bothered to explain or include verbiage in the agreement in regards to: - Missing notice regarding the CSLB - Missing notice of 3-5 Day Right to Cancel (or any cancellation for that matter) - Missing notice regarding general liability insurance. - Exceeding downpayment of $1,000 or 10% of project, whichever is least To all the potential clients or any consumers for that matter, be sure to DYOR! IMHO, you can DYOR at any stage of the process. Make sure to document, document, document!!! Keep records of everything. Create a timeline of events when planning a project with any company. You, as a consumer, have the right to question anything and have the right to keep other options open, unless stated in contract. If they have the right to refuse service, then you should have the right to terminate an agreement if no cancellation policy is explained or written in the contract. Good Riddance!

We cannot say enough good things about Ray and his team. What started as a big project turned into…read moresomething truly life-changing for our family. Our son uses a wheelchair, and before this renovation our home was honestly very difficult for him to navigate. We relied on temporary ramps and awkward workarounds just to get him in and out of the house. We wanted to make our home fully accessible, but we were worried it would end up looking institutional or awkward. Ray completely exceeded our expectations. He redesigned and rebuilt all of the concrete in both our front and backyard as well as the driveway, raising and adjusting the grades so everything is ADA compliant with smooth ramps and proper transitions. He also added new walkways that didn't exist before, making it possible for our son to easily access every door of our home. The most incredible part is that Ray managed to make everything functional without sacrificing the beauty or charm of our home. The ramps blend so naturally into the design that they honestly just look like part of a beautifully planned landscape. Instead of looking medical or industrial, the house actually looks even better than it did before. The project also included removing several very large trees, re-landscaping, and completely repainting the exterior of our home, which tied everything together perfectly. Ray was professional, communicative, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire process. His crew was friendly, respectful, hardworking, and efficient, and they kept everything very clean while working on such a large project. Most importantly, our son can now move around our home independently and comfortably. That alone means everything to our family. We are beyond grateful and highly recommend Ray to anyone looking for quality work, creative design, and a contractor who truly cares about the people he's helping.

Big red flag. Sharing my horrible experience with this company. Even Signed their contract which they didn't honor. They did most of the preparation for the concrete job in my backyard (1.5 days) . Caused some damage to existing concrete ( two cracks, one chuck missing, uneven cut of existing concrete), they decided to not continue the job and stopped working. Literally wanted to part ways because I asked them to resolve thier damage. However, they did verbally communicate they will not continue, they didn't just disappear. But I thought it was unprofessional to not finish the project and not resolve the damage they caused. I had already paid 10% upfront. I had to hire another company causing major delay in my project as well as new company having to fix lots of preparation mistakes done by Odell. Just proceed with caution if you are going to evaluate working with them. Happy to discuss and validate if you message me. Very unethical and unprofessional to not finish a job because "I was asking questions." Tim one of the owners thought I didn't respect his expertise enough. They also busted 3 sprinklers during prep which I didn't even bring up to them. Ultimately I am thankful now that the job is completed with the right company and I avoided quality issues with Odell.

We do plan to hire them again this fall to do our side yard.
