Employees like Bronson are the reason people come back to a store. My only complaint is that the store was extremely hot. It's honestly hard to believe employees are expected to work in those conditions. The owner really needs to address this as soon as possible--for both staff and customers.

Upon entry, you are greeted by staff but I can see they watch you like a hawk. I guess it has been because there were theft in the past months so they are careful. They follow you everywhere so it made my shopping experience uncomfortable. I tried on a few Nikes and Hoka but they just didn't fit well. Plus I've seen bettter prices at actual Hoka stores. I do give them credit for having a wheel spin for kids to see if they can win a pair of shoes.

I had to reference the law before they finally printed one. The toddler shoes I bought (quoted as $70 only when I reached the register) turned out to have a Velcro strap that would not stay closed. When I tried to return them about 20 minutes later, I was told the shoes were worn, even though the associate had encouraged my child to wear them out of the store -- and the strap issue was the entire reason for the return. Overall, the experience felt not transparent, manipulative, and deceptive and I personally would not go back.
