I had to reference the law before they finally printed one. The toddler shoes I bought (quoted as $70 only when I reached the register) turned out to have a Velcro strap that would not stay closed. When I tried to return them about 20 minutes later, I was told the shoes were worn, even though the associate had encouraged my child to wear them out of the store -- and the strap issue was the entire reason for the return.
