My husband just bought shoes here, they spent a good twenty minutes taking about his needs and preferences, and he walked out happy. That's four stars of my review. The five stars is because my kids went to the 'kid section' play place when I thought they were in the 'kid section' of footlocker. As soon as I realized they weren't in the store, the WHOLE STAFF locked down the entrances, checked the back, discussed when they'd last seen them, and asked customers to wait. It was less than three minutes, but their response and concern was unbelievable. I'm writing this on the way home after giving the kids a lecture in specificity, but this store deserved all five stars for their above and beyond customer service. read more

Not recommended -- I left the store feeling ripped off. They initially told me I had to provide an email address to get a receipt and that they don't print them otherwise. I had to reference the law before they finally printed one. The toddler shoes I bought (quoted as $70 only when I reached the register) turned out to have a Velcro strap that would not stay closed. When I tried to return them about 20 minutes later, I was told the shoes were worn, even though the associate had encouraged my child to wear them out of the store -- and the strap issue was the entire reason for the return. Overall, the experience felt not transparent, manipulative, and deceptive and I personally would not go back. read more

I have called customer service in the USA . Every time I get a representative that barleys speaks any English. I ask for someone else because I can't understand them and they tell me no sorry . I am paralyzed and in a wheelchair and sent me shoes in . I have not seen a credit or a gift card . I have explained the terrible experience to the representative every time I call in and yet no more help is offered . I got shot and can't walk and my feet swell up so all my old shoes don't work . My family bought me a pair that are a size to small and now I'm three months into trying to get a new shoe or new size or anything . Went to buy a new pair of workout shoes, my 1st stop was JD sports. I could not find it on Yelp, it was a horrible experience. I ended up at Foot Locker and ended up purchasing shoes. The associate, Micheal was amazing!!! The rest of the employees were amazing too. I was greeted when I walked in and was given rave reviews on the pair I bought. I enjoy getting feedback on the products before I invest in that item. The employees informed me that the shoes were great because most of them have purchased them too. Decided to stop by this Foot Locker for school shoes for my children and it was impossible to get the attention of the salespeople. They're all standing around, hanging out like a social gathering. I tried calling out, waving my arms and nothing. I finally got the attention of one of the guys walking by and asked about some vans that were on the shelf and he replied "you'd probably be better off shopping for vans across the way" and he walked away. I got the attention of another sales person, but she got irritated that I asked for help. I did buy a pair of shoes for one of my children but not the other 3 cause I didn't want to disturb anyone any further. I am processing a return and the manager here is acting like I am just ruining her day.. the shoes I bought didn't fit, and I purchased them online. She is hassling me because I don't have the physical card and is not very nice about me asking to use Apple Pay although it's clearly accepted at their store because you can see it on the signature pad. No greeting or welcome from the original girl who opened the gate. Simply put, this Foot Locker is a joke, at least that's how the employee felt since he laughed at my situation. To get you up to speed, I went in looking to buy me a pair of Nike Free 5.0+ running shoes. They had my size, but were a little pricey so I asked the employee if there were any specials going on (or even a coupon). He said there wasn't anything going on, so I looked up their site online and saw that Foot Locker does in-store pick up now, which was great for me since I could use an online promo code. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to purchase the shoes. Why? Because in the process of checking out, it said that this location didn't carry the shoes in my size, even though they clearly did, so when I asked the employee about that and if there was anything he could do to help, he responded by laughing and saying, "That's weird." That's it. He literally walked away after that. As a result, I walked out, searched online, and ended up getting the Nike Free 5.0+ running shoes on Amazon for cheaper than I would have at Foot Locker. Win for me. Loss for them. After making arraignments with FootLocker customer support I drove 8 hours to pick up shoes. The manager Salvador refused to honor the agreement. Foot Locker Made the exception due to help because of the letter from my Wife's Doctor I sent explaining my wife was having life threatening surgery 12/29 during COVID-19 and could not leave her home. The fact was Salvador wanted the shoes for himself which was noted. G his employee upon leaving. Furthermore the store cameras will show him giving his friend a personal shake and high five, and allowing this person to walk out with 7 pairs of the same shoes. This same friend offered me $350 for the shoes Salvador wouldn't let me get and said "bro make it easy I'll end up with the. Anyway after heathery close". Again driving from Sacramento to Riverside to get these shoes is 8 hours. Footlocker needs to do better. I'll be filing with with BBB, and contacting a personal friend in the executive office and asking footlocker to ask Salvador's co-workers about his dealings at Footlocker this is why it's impossible for people to get hyped shoes, they are going out the back door. Tyler Mall Riverside Footlocker is the freaking worst, just got home. Don't shop there unless you like lame customer service and getting your money tied up. Would give -10 stars if I could. Got my Mom Cortez for Christmas last week, didn't fit her so I went to get my money back and buy her something else. Manager asked me if the shoes were worn I said "No, she tried them on and they don't fit her", manager says well it looks like is was worn so we can't give you a refund. LIKE WTF I GOT THESE CHRISTMAS EVE, SHE TRIED THEM ON Christmas Day AND THEY DON'T FIT! I had bought 3 pairs of shoes at another footlocker and decided to return a pair later that day at this riverside location. This so-called want to be top flight manager named "jay" went out of his way to deny me my refund with my receipt in hand. Asking me why and I told him because I bought another black pair a shoe and I didn't want it another black pair so this more on can process this refund. This kid denies me my refund and says I can pick any pair around $170 that match shoe price obviously so he can make commission off me but they have a wack selection of inventory and he couldn't prove where it stated such thing on the receipt so I decided to take my shoe and leave and I had to drive to a different mall on another day to return that pair but ended up exchanging it...great service at the Ontario Mills and back to the funny part was that he wanted to fight like he had nothing to lose....literally. If I could give this place a zero star I would.. For those of you who don't know Footlocker and it's affiliates offer a Military Discount.. I went to this particular location and bought two pairs of 120$ shoes.. When I went to check out and told them I would like to use my military discount, the Kid that was helping me told me that I couldn't use it cause it didn't apply to Veterans anymore.. That was understandable and wasn't a big deal, but when the kid that was helping me turned to double check with the other kid/worker next to him.. His response was yes "Veterans don't count anymore." Now that response was offensive to me and I'm sure other Veterans.. Not counting is an offensive and shocking, considering I fought in Iraq for our country.. At this point I didn't say anything to the employees at this location, but now that I am home I am offended about this interaction at Footlocker considering me and family spend a lot of money in this store. I went in yesterday to return a pair of shoes I had purchased online for my husband and unfortunately this was the closest foot locker store near me. I went in there was a young Hispanic guy helping me but I guess he needed a manager or idk for him to do my return until another young guy African American ( not being a racist here I just didn't get their names) came up and said I couldn't return them there because they didn't carry this particular style in their store. He said I could only mail them back, and I asked him if it was like that at any store and he said well it depends on the manager and if they carry that style and he said he was the manager there which I thought was kind of odd due to the way he was acting definitely not a customer service type of attitude. Anyway I think he saw that I was getting upset because online and on the label they mailed the shoes with said I could return at any store, he offered at the end that they could send them back for me but at that moment I really didn't trust him anymore so I got my package back and left. Definitely not going back to that foot locker I rather make a drive than dealing with this gentlemen's attitude.
