Veterans, Beware of the Temecula Office As a veteran who has proudly served my country and continues to contribute as a taxpayer, I was deeply disappointed by my recent experience at the Temecula office. The staff displayed a blatant disregard for veterans' needs, and I was treated with an attitude of contempt that was both discourteous and completely unacceptable. While everyone has bad days, this level of unprofessionalism toward veterans is simply reprehensible. As someone who lives just six miles away from this location, it's frustrating to now have to drive an hour to Riverside for my next appointment--but I refuse to subject myself to such disrespect again. I urge management to take this seriously. Veterans deserve better treatment, and I hope this review helps prevent others from experiencing the same. We have served our country and deserve to be treated with the respect and dignity that comes with that service. read more

They helped me by providing me with a VSD 101 form to assist me in getting my disabled veterans license plate from the DMV.
